the most famous and classical dish, which has a long history since the Qing Dynasty. Since its creation during the Qing Dynasty (1644 – 1912), the dish has been regarded as a Chinese delicacy known for its rich taste, usage of various high-quality ingredients and special manner of cooking. The dish's name is an allusion to the dish's ability to entice the vegetarian monks from their temples to partake in the meat-based dish. It is high in protein and calcium. The soup or stew consists of many ingredients of non-vegetarian origin and requires one to two full days to prepare. A typical recipe requires many ingredients including quail eggs, bamboo shoots, scallops, sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, chicken, ham, pork tendon, ginseng, mushrooms, and taro. Some recipes require up to thirty main ingredients and twelve condiments. Use of shark fin, which is sometimes harvested by shark finning, and abalone, which is implicated in destructive fishing practices are controversial for both environmental and ethical reasons.

2.2.2 景点牌示语语言特点
虎跳峡位于香格里拉县东南部，离县城105公里，横穿 于哈巴雪山和玉龙雪山之间，是万里长江第一大峡谷。因 猛虎越江心石过江的传说而得名。景区主要由上虎跳峡、 中虎跳峡和下虎跳峡三段组成。景区全长20余公里，落差 高达213米，以其山高谷深、滩多水急，雄奇险峻闻名于 世。

★ 英语招贴用语倾向于多用名词，叙述呈静态；汉语招贴用语倾

★ 汉语招贴用语多使用祈使句，简洁凝练 如：“不许涂写”、“请不要在此倒垃圾”、“切勿平放”等，简洁达

★英语招贴用语则较多地使用物称表达法和陈述方式，委婉而间接。 eg： “ Booking made through most travel agents”， “This offer is available for all stays to 31 October 2009”， “All prices quoted include any service charges applicable” .

（主要包括标语、通知、启示、海报等形式。）
电影海报，以突出的标题名称和剧情画面来吸引目标受众。语言文字简洁，措辞精确， 使用的都是实意词和核心词汇。
招贴是贴近现实生活的一种文体形式，其主要功能是发布信息，所以语言简洁、 精炼，内容简略，句式结构简单，民族文化和语言的表达习惯明显。
