Pre-task preparations1.记忆游戏:How old is he / she? 首先,教师快速地出示几张卡片,每张卡片上有一个头像、姓名、年龄、生日,如:John six years old 十月七日Lily nine years old 九月三日然后,仅出示图片,让学生根据记忆回答问题:How old is he / she? 2.让学生说一说自己或同学过生日时会吃些什么食物,做些什么事情。

本单元围绕“Happy Birthday”来展开的。
本节课主要是让学生认读card \cake\noodles\ Here’s … for you.以及Happy birthday,并能在生活中灵活运用。

II.Revision. (头脑风暴) Guess. 猜一猜礼品盒里有什么礼物?

(此环节设计意图:通过这一环节设计,重点复习前面学过的单词。
而且真正体会I have a gift for you.的含义)。
III.Presentation.
1. 通过猜一猜这一环节,直接引出新课中单词 cake, card,领读练读几个单词,分层次练习。
并拓展短语a birthday cake, a birthday card, a New Year card 等。
2. T: It’s a card . It’s for Alice. Because it’s Alice’s
birthday. (多媒体课件显示日历,引出birthday。
) 操练单词birthday。
强调发音。
3. 通过扮演Alice ,引出句型Happy birthday!。
学生操练句型。
并放生日学生跟唱,学唱。
(使学生在幸福、快乐、真实的场景中整体感知语言,体验语言的真实自然及语言的交际功能学唱生日歌,同学间友爱、快乐的情感在歌曲中流露出来。

4. 创设情境:找一名同学扮演Alice,或是叫一名最近过生日的同学,到前面去,“Today is your birthday. Are you happy? Happy birthday!”Here’s a card for you.” 如果学生没明白,再示范“Here’s a cake for you.” 也可以拿实物,书、尺子、文具盒等物品借用这个句型引导孩子明白意思。
然后领读练读句型。
5. Practice.
1). “幸运抽奖”活动。
男女生两组,每次每组选派一名代表,抽取老师想要送给他的物品,如果抽对了,就归自己所有。
反之,就要送给老师。
并用“Here’s … for you.”
2).Practice in groups.小组间互相赠送物品。
6. 利用candle 要放在蛋糕上,让同学们猜Alice 几岁了。
“How old is Alice?” 多媒体课件出示,猜一猜。
引出句型How old are you?I’m ….
7. 同桌互相问答操练句型。
要用到“Here’s … for you.”IV. Consolidation.
1. 小组间创编并表演对话。
(设计意图:让孩子们能够有爱心,学会懂得如何感恩,渗透了情感教育。
让习得的语言知识能够灵活应用到实际生活当中。
)V.Homework:
