英语教师职称、教师资格证面试微课答辩之注意事项、常见问题及回答套路（一）一、职称晋升中的微课注意事项在很多地方，职称晋升面试需要讲十分钟左右的微课。
讲课之前，先抽取题目,然后给你15分钟的准备时间(准备的时候只有一本空白的课本, 草稿纸以及一支笔，其他的都不能带入准备室)。
微课与说课不同。
微课是让你把下面的评委当成学生，展示平时上课的状态。
微课中需要有导入、提问、互动。
也可以把黑板假设成白板，假装展示PPT。
下面是在讲微课时的注意事项:1.讲课时要表现出你的熟练，展示出你是一个一线教师。
2.语言简洁干练。
3.假设场景。
有看大屏幕的环节，有提问、回答、互动的环节。
4.由于微课只有十分钟左右，所以虽然要有导入环节，但是导入不要太复杂，要尽早进入重点讲解。
5.板书要完整有条理。
对于过于复杂耗时的板书跳过即可。
6.不能有知识性错误。
7.尽量不要有口误笔误。
8.不能对着纸念。
9.着装简洁，不要打扮的太年轻。
（评委有时候看一个人年纪大了，出于同情会让他通过。
）在微课之后往往会根据你的课程提出一些问题。

高中英语教资教师面试答辩题目类型及技巧答辩的意图也就是考官想要更了解你或者说更了解你的课。
所以，考生们也不必担心，答辩是一个你可以展示自己的机会，你可以把刚才试讲过程中的小问题通过答辩把它解决，也可以通过答辩让考官更了解你，对你印象更深刻，评价更高。
答辩主要类型有：学科专业知识类、学科教学类、教学设计类、其他类。
通过梳理历年来答辩题目，可以得出：每年的教师资格证答辩题目中，教学设计类和学科教学类题目考察较多，分别占答辩题库的40%和30%，学科知识类题目占比20%，其他类答辩题目考察最少，为10%。
以下为详细介绍：（一）学科专业知识学科专业知识，即答辩问题围绕各学科的专业领域展开。
这类题目考察的是考生的专业知识能力，这种题目需要考生长期对本专业领域的学习与了解，具有很强的学科性质。
此类题目只有了解该学科专业的考生才能完整地回答。
【例题】请说一说现在完成时与一般过去时的区别。
【参考答案】（1）一般过去时表示过去某时发生的动作或单纯叙述过去的事情，强调动作；现在完成时为过去发生的，强调过去的事情对现在的影响，强调的是影响，且和现在有关。
例如：Did you do your homework? 你做作业了吗？Yes,I did,but I haven’t finished it yet. 是的，我做了，但是还没做完。
（2）一般过去时常与具体的时间状语连用，而现在完成时通常与模糊的时间状语连用，或无时间状语。
一般过去时的时间状语：yesterday, last week, ago, in 1980, in October, just now 等，皆为具体的时间状语。
现在完成时的时间状语：for, since, so far, ever, never, just, yet, till/until, up to now, in the pastyears, always 等，多为不确定的时间状语。
（3）现在完成时可表示持续到现在的动作或状态，动词一般是延续性的，如live, teach,learn,work,study, know。

（1）首先是用语的禁忌：忌反复重复、出现口头禅，避免极端及固定句式的频繁使用；

英语专业知识的相关问题多与试讲知识点或在试讲过程中出现的语法错误相关，如Please talk about your understanding of sense group。
(请谈谈什么是意群。
)Please make a sentence with the phrase ‘grow up’.(请用
grow up造句。
)在回答专业知识问题，考生没有捷径可循，考前要多复习英语专业知识。
例：Please talk about your understanding of sense group。
According to the meanings and grammatical structure, a sentence can be divided into several small pieces, each a small section is called a sense group. Sense group can be a word, a phrase, also can be some short sentences or the clause in a complex sentence.
看完真题之后，我们再来总结一下英语学科的考生在答辩过程中需要注意的一些要点：
一、听清问题，不要胡乱作答
考官在提出问题时，考生要集中注意力认真聆听，切记不要没听清楚，也不敢出声询问，最后胡乱作答。
考生在试讲结束后，不要松懈，因为这个时候面试没有结束，考官会继续提问，所以这个时候考生要时刻注意考官，做好听题的准备。
如果没有听清，可用抱歉的口气再次询问题目。
记住语气，不要理所当然，要谦逊。
二、要充满自信，不要犹犹豫豫
开始答题时，要充满自信并以肯定的语气把自己的想法讲述出来，不要犹犹豫豫，柔柔弱弱。
不要出现“应该是对的吧……?”“应该是这样的吧”“好像是这样的”，语气不坚定，吞吞吐吐。
怕什么?成功，从自信的大声说出来开始!
三、要客观，不要强辩
答辩时，会遇到个各种各样的题目，尤其是专业知识方面的题目，有时候考官问的题目考生的的确确不会。
遇到这种情况，考生如果了解一点，但又不完全清楚，这个时候可以尝试性的作答，能答多少答多少，但是务必所答的内容是与问题有所关联的，考官会引导和启发你切入正题;如果是一点都不会，就应该实事求是的讲明这个问题自己还没有搞清楚，但是一定要表明自己今后一定会认真研究这个问题，并且会努力加强自己的知识储备。
切记不要强词夺理，不懂装懂!
四、要思考，不要抢着答
正式开始作答前要认真思考，理清答题要点。
尽量回答准确，简明扼要。
切忌考官问完问题后，心中没思路，就匆忙回答。
要仔细思考考官问的意图是什么?例如，“你有哪些性格特点?”考官想问的是考生有哪些性格特点是与教师这个职业相匹配的。
所以考生在回答的时候，一要注意回答的要点，不要做简单的要点罗列，答的要有深度，要有可信度。
很多考生会出现把各种好的性格特点都罗
列起来，有的考生甚至能够罗列出五到六点。
这是一个误区，不是罗列的点多就好，罗列的点多，相应的答题的深度就不够，这样只会使考官认为虚假。
