EPSON爱普⽣打印机怎么安装⾊带？
在打印机使⽤的时候，当打印的字迹变淡时，我们需要更换⾊带，下⾯介绍下如何更换⾊带盒内的⾊带，希望能够帮到⼤家。

1、将⾊带导引从⾊带盒中取下，松开⾊带盒盖上的卡⼦（6 处），取下盖⼦。

2、取出⽤完的⾊带，去除⾊带屑和纤维屑。

注意如果使⽤劣质消耗品，可能会造成打印质量低下，⽆法发挥其正常性能，或导致机器损伤。

3、去除新⾊带的包装纸，从箱内将⾊带抽出 20～750px。

将⾊带盒盖于⾊带箱上，然后将⾊带盒与箱⼀起翻转。

4、⾊带的安装途中存在反转扭曲部分。

5、轻轻地除掉⾊带箱，勿使⾊带从⾊带盒中弹出。

6、确认⾊带盒内⾊带是否折断、扭曲或从动齿轮／驱动齿轮是否从框架浮起，然后关闭盖⼦7
8、按顺时针⽅向转动旋钮，收紧⾊带。

将⾊带安装到⾊带导引上。

边留意上下⽅向边安装新的⾊带⾄⾊带盒内。

注意：请勿朝箭头相反⽅向转动旋钮。

否则会导致⾊带卡带。

测试打印机是否正常工作，察看墨车机械状态，润滑情况。

二、安装方法1。

理顺连续供墨系统导墨管，将外置墨盒储墨仓朝下平放来排除平衡仓空气。

（可在下面垫一支笔来保证空气仓的水平）2。

立起外墨盒，打开进气孔塞，安装上空气过滤器。

3。

按打印机换墨键，待墨车移动到更换墨盒的位置时，拔掉电源线，取下原装墨盒。

理顺导墨管，安装连续供墨内墨盒，盖上墨盒压盖。

（注意：有些型号的打印机,如C63,R210可以把墨盒盖去掉。

)4。

取出附件中的支架,先定在打印机某一适当的位置上，来回移动墨车，调整好墨盒管线的长度。

保证打印头在运动范围内不受阻碍。

找到支架最合适位置，撕开支架上的不干胶，将支架固定。

（注意：再次重申，此时打印机的电源线一定是拔掉的，否则会对您的打印机有影响。

）5。

检查无误后，插上打印机电源，按换墨键将打印机复位，再次检查导墨管长度，然后进入打印机喷嘴检查选项，打印喷嘴测试线看是否正常，如正常即可进行正常打印。

如不正常，请执行打印喷头清洗程序，清洗后放置20分钟后使用效果更佳。

三、注意事项1。

本系统使用的是恒压系统，必须保持外墨盒平衡仓墨水液面要不超过1.5cm。

请保持本系统外置盒与打印机放同一桌面。

3。

请选用本公司的专用配套墨水，该墨水是经过精心研发，严格测试后挑选出来的。

使用该墨水能够和本系统配合达到最好的打印效果。

4。

请严格按照操作步骤安装：先拿开进气孔塞子后，方可安装墨盒。

以免引起打印不良。

5。

请注意外墨盒内的墨水量，如果液面与底部只有1.5cm时，请及时加墨。

出现上面显示的界面后，按按钮。

二、IP地址的设置用普通网线连接机器人和开发用电脑。

打开本地连接，弹出“本地连接属性”页面。

双击项，将打开Internet协议(TCP/IP)属性页面，修改IP地址等项为下图的值。

三、EPSONRC+软件使用双击图标，启动EPSONRC+软件。

1.网络通讯的设置在EPSONRC+软件菜单中点击“设置”菜单项，单击选择项目。

将弹出下面“电脑与控制器通信”页面。

点击按钮。

选择选项，按键，完成添加网络通讯功能。

按钮，完成软件中连接IP的设置。

设置完成后页面显示为下图。

检查网线连接是否正常，正常则单击新添加的Ethernet项，按按钮，弹出下面页面。

选项表示电脑只作为监视器使用，不能进行程序的编制、修改等操作，不能对机器人控制点进行示教，也不能对外部I/O进行控制。

不影响已经存在的网络连接。

选项将首先中断目前和控制器的网络连接，将软件切换到程序模式，在此模式下可以进行控制程序的编制、修改工作，机器人控制点的示教和对外部I/O进行实时控制。

为了进行控制程序的编写、修改和调试，我们需要选择项目并按键切换到程序模式。

此后EPSONRC+软件将开始尝试连接RC170机器人控制器，连接成功后页面为下图状态。

再通过按[换行/换页]键或[进纸/退纸]键可连续调整页首值，调整完后按暂停键存储。

4.切纸位置调整：在连续纸状态下装上连续纸，按一下[切纸/存折]键使[切纸/存折]灯“闪”亮。

再通过按[换行/换页]键或[进纸/退纸]键调整切纸位置，调整完后按[暂停]键存储。

三、如何定义纸张？返回目录1、调出“服务器属性”界面点击“开始”—“设置”—“打印机”。

如图（1），点击“文件”，在下拉菜单中选择“服务器属性”。

2、创建并且保存自定义的纸张（1）在“服务器属性”窗口中，勾选“创建新格式”。

在“格式描述”中为自己新定义的纸张起一个名字，建议以英文和数字命名。

本文以“123”为例。

选择使用单位：“公制”以厘米为单位，“英制”以英寸为单位。

在“宽度”、“高度”中输入自定义纸张的大小（连续纸的高度是指两个撕纸位之间的长度）。
