Ted talk by Angela Lee DuckworthWhen I was 27 years old，I left a very demanding job in management consulting for a job that was even more demanding: teaching。

I went to teach seventh graders math in the New York City public schools。

And like any teacher，I made quizzes and tests。

I gave out homework assignments。

When the work came back，I calculated grades. What struck me was that I.Q. was not the only difference between my best and my worst students。

Some of my strongest performers did not have stratospheric I。

scores。

Some of my smartest kids weren’t doing so well. And that got me thinking. The kinds of things you need to learn in seventh grade math sure，they’re hard: ratios, decimals，the area of a parallelogram。

But these concepts are not impossible and I was firmly convinced that every one of my students could learn the material if they worked hard and long enough。

杨澜英文演讲《中国的年轻一代》The night before I was heading for Scotland, I was invited to host the final of “China’s Got Talent” show in Shanghai with the 80,000 live audience in the stadium. Guess who was the performing guest? Susan Boyle. And I told her, “I’m going to Scotland the next day.” She sang beautifully, and she even managed to say a few words in Chinese. [Chinese] So it’s not like “hello” or “thank you,” that ordinary stuff. It means “green onion for free.” Why did she say that? Because it was a line from our Chinese parallel Susan Boyle —a 50-some year-old woman, a vegetable vendor in Shanghai, who loves singing Western opera, but she didn’t understand any English or French or Italian, so she managed to fill in the lyrics with vegetable names in Chinese. (Laughter) And the last sentence of Nessun Dorma that she was singing in the stadium was “green onion for free.” So [as] Susan Boyle was saying that, 80,000 live audience sang together. 他给《白鹿原》的白嘉轩配音，故意用破音技巧表达白嘉轩当时的情绪，不仅感动了现场观众，更是连现场同台竞赛的老戏骨也红了眼眶。

他演绎《夏洛特烦恼》中袁华表白时的搞笑片段，他让自己的声音变缓变细，模仿那种忸怩造作之感，引得现场爆笑不断。

年度大秀，朱亚文经典再现《红高粱》和《喜欢你》。

作为剧版《红高粱》余占鳌的扮演者挑战影版余占鳌这无疑是对他实力的考验，他完全脱稿展现了姜文的原音，连喝了酒的状态，都达到了“无酒自醉”的效果。

被尹正说“朱亚文真是个怪物，每一个角色都如此像”，又被张铁林质疑“没在配音”？“万能配音王”的称号非朱亚文莫属，正如张国立老师所言：真应该给朱亚文单独开一场综艺，叫《声音模仿大秀》。

与宋佳合作演绎的《喜欢你》，他也是完美诠释了霸道总裁的“蠢萌”模样，高甜桥段苏到受不了！李建义称赞：“亚文在圈里是公认的戏好，人品更好的演员。

”《声临其境》播出后，韩雪给海绵宝宝配音的片段可谓是震惊四座，颠覆了多少人的固有印象。

配音中她的花式哭腔，极具反差萌，全程英文操作，大量短句、长达30秒的大哭以及两个角色之间快速切换……配音指导老师狄菲菲点评，“呼气是呼气，吸气是吸气”，且在大段的哭戏中，还要兼顾英语、口型，以及另一角色，“这就很不容易了”。

《老人与海》：面对生命“无常”，我们该用什么样的心态去应对？作者：荣荣家庭关系教育海明威的小说《老人与海》，在任何阶段去读，都会体会不同的含义。

面对疫情来袭，世界的人类为之颤抖，直面生命的“无常”，我们该用什么样的心态去应对？很和喜欢王小波的书评：常胜不败或许是根本就没有投入战斗，常常失败是在因为在做接近自己限度的事。

想到小说中的老人，一个用肉身搏斗无常变化的人，即看到了生命的脆弱和环境的恶劣，又对所有抱有希望和美好的愿景。

他用生命告诉我们：不必坐以待毙，也不必猛烈追寻。

01、“老人”并不是一个悲剧人物，而是一个勇敢的积极悲观主义者。

《老人与海》之所以成为经典名著，被许多国家广为再译出版，很多评论这部小说是个悲剧，并主要从三个层面来表面，他是个悲剧人物。

第一、生存环境与背景老人的生存环境非常恶劣，海明威极简的描写：“窝棚用大椰子树的叫做‘海鸟粪’的苞壳做成,里面有一张床、一张桌子、一把椅子和泥地上一处木炭烧饭的地方”、“衬衫上不知打了多少补丁,弄得像那张帆一样。

”老人生存环境深深的陷入悲剧色彩中，连作者海明威都掩盖不住，用最“悲情”的字眼去描绘他：“他的帆上用面粉袋片打了些补丁,收拢后看来像一面标志着永远失败的旗子。

”第二、精神层面的孤独老人悲剧色彩还展现在“他是一个孤独的老头儿”。

人的孤独感首先源于人与人、人与社会之间的隔膜、无法理解与沟通。

圣地亚哥在人群中的这种孤独感，在大海搏斗中孤身一人。

第二、呈现的故事结果故事的结局是老人84天没有打到一条鱼，然而在充满希望的捕获中，依旧一无所获，只带回了一条白骨，只带回了残破不堪的小船和耗尽了精力的躯体。

人们怎样看待这场斗争呢？挣扎及其最终归于荒芜的事实,讲述了人类生命中不可抗拒的悲剧力量。

王小波在评论《老人与海》这部小说：有人说老人圣地亚哥是一个失败了得英雄。

尽管他是条硬汉，但还是失败了。

什么叫失败？也许可以说，人去做一件事情，没有达到预期得目的，这就是失败。
