第1章 概 述欢迎您使用太原大豪益达电控有限公司生产的电脑刺绣机控制系统。
请您仔细阅读本操作手册,以确保正确的操作使用电脑刺绣机。
此外,请将本操作手册妥善保存在安全地点,以便随时查阅。
1.1 安全警告和注意事项使用本产品时,为了减少火灾、触电或人员伤亡的危险,应始终遵守下列基本的安全预防措施。
使用注意事项危险本产品在工作过程中,千万不要打开机箱盖板。
机箱内某些部位带有致命的高电压,并控制危险的旋转机件,极易引发意外人身伤害。
禁止禁止电气设备存储、工作在潮湿、粉尘、腐蚀性气体、易燃易爆气体的场所,否则可能会造成触电或火灾。
禁止请不要存储、工作在振动强烈的地方,否则可能发生故障。
注意请严格遵守本产品所标识的各种要求和警示,以确保人员和财产的安全。
注意液晶屏属于易碎物品,为了保证屏的使用寿命以及显示性能,不要使用锋利坚硬的物体点击。
注意U 盘在使用中应注意插入的方向,当插入方向不对时切勿用力,否则可能导致USB 口、U 盘的损坏。
在磁盘驱动器灯亮时,不要插入或拔出磁盘。
注意本操作手册的更改将以增加附页的形式进行。
新增加附页的内容若与手册原内容矛盾,以附页的内容为准。
运输、搬运注意事项注意搬运、运输时,请不要手持电缆线,否则设备易损坏或发生故障,人员易受伤。
注意请严格遵守本产品所标识的各种要求和警示,以确保人员和财产的安全。
强制超载产品时可能导致倒塌。
请按外包装箱上的标签载荷。
安装注意事项注意勿堵塞该设备的排气口,也不要把外物塞入装置中。
否则可能发生火灾或触电。
注意务必遵守安装方向。
否则机器可能发生故障。
注意绝不要把该部件安装于易潮、易腐蚀或易燃气体和易燃物之处。
否则易发生火灾。
接线、配线注意事项禁止禁止对控制器的输入输出回路进行绝缘测试。
否则将直接造成电气设备损坏。
禁止严禁在控制箱的电源插座或接线端子上驳接超负荷的用电器具。
注意各种连接线缆(信号线或电源线)都要确认绝缘良好,外皮无损伤。
注意信号线和电源线须分开走线,不能从机箱同一孔走线,不能绑扎在一起。

该断线检测系统功能强大,进一步满足了厂家、用户和绣花机发展的需要。
1.1系统的组成III型断线检测系统包括三部分:(1)纯断检机头控制板HC0402;(2)斩光轮式机头信号板:用于配有轮式断检的机型,安装在夹线器后。
功能类似于Ⅰ型断检和Ⅱ型断检中的轮式光耦检测板(如Ⅰ型断检中的EF103X和Ⅱ型断检中的EF193X),但不能混用。
如HL624(6针,光耦间距和安装尺寸与EF109X相同)、HL924(9针,光耦间距和安装尺寸与EF103X相同)和HL921(9针,新跃专用);(3)挑线簧式机头信号板:用于配有簧式断检的机型,板上有簧式断检接口、机头红绿灯和机头开关,安装在夹线器后。
如HT154(尺寸和EF154X、EF120X 相同);(4)机头灯开关扳:如果只使用轮式断检,则使用机头灯开关板。
开箱机电控部分调整操作说明
开箱机是一款比较专业化的包装机械,主要有电气操作部分等,主要功能就是操作我们的机器正常使用,之前小编介绍过开箱机有哪些部分组成的?今天麦格小编简单介绍一下电控部分的操作说明:
1)确定开箱机已送入电源和气源。
2)依序打开NFB、电源开关,及确定急停钮为非下压状态。

自动/手动:为手自动状态切换及显示,在手动状态下,按下启动键,则转换至手动画面。
连续开箱:在自动状态下按启动键,则连续执行开箱作业。
#箱/分钟:按数字按钮可设定3-16箱每分钟,按下箱/分钟可执行#箱/分钟作业
开一箱:值执行一次开箱作业。
计数:显示批次的及总和开箱数量,按RST可归零。

就说前几天我在家捣鼓那个新买的电控小玩意儿。
我呀,满心欢喜地打开包装,嘿,那一堆线和按钮就摆在我面前。
我当时就有点傻眼了,这咋整啊?不过咱可不能退缩不是。
我先研究了一下那个说明书,哎呀妈呀,密密麻麻的字,看了半天也没太懂。
然后我就开始瞎摆弄,按按这个按钮,转转那个旋钮。
突然,那个小屏幕亮了起来,还发出了“嘀嘀”的声音,给我吓一跳!我寻思这是咋回事啊,不会给弄坏了吧。
我就开始小心翼翼地试着各种操作,一会儿把这个调高,一会儿把那个调低,嘿,慢慢还真让我摸出点门道来了。
比如说那个温度控制的,我发现调高了就热乎,调低了就凉快点。
然后我又试着用它来控制家里的一个小电器,哇塞,真的能控制哎,我感觉自己像个魔法师一样,太有意思啦!

方法:打版的基本方法没有改变,我们还需要通过画一个6倍于原尺寸的图来打版。
当使用计算机后,图样都小于正常尺寸的6倍,但这样也不会出现不准确的情况。
将图放在数化板上,方向与图样在机器上绣的方向一致,排直。
当在上面工作时,不要让它发生移动。
在打版中最重要的就是研究放样、计划起始点、规划放样的路径、安排换色数和换色次序和跳针等。
开始花些时间做好上面的工作,它可以使你不返工,也不至于破坏作品。
另外还要计划好花样所需针的密度。
总之要将花样的总的概念一直记在脑海里。
放大的图样应该是草图精确的复制品。
打版师负责将该图转换成特定机器的机器语言。

他要表现出设计师的思想,确保绣品的质量和外观。
一个最基本的要求就是要用适当的针数将草图作适当的放大,并且用适当的张力,正确地将织物铺展在机器上。
在这点上,打版师的作用就类似于一个钻石切割匠。
因为依靠他的技术,决定了最终作品的命运:是失败?或是永放异彩?设计中出现的每一个新问题都应该先解决。
打版师不断出现的新的念头一定是基于他的经验,随着各种问题的提出和解决,打版师就逐渐把它们应用在刺绣上或完善机器的功能上。

大豪伺服参数调整简易说明参数调整前请参考阅读《大豪伺服高速机调试操作手册》,以便于熟悉操作。
大豪伺服框架主要针对各个针长进行控制,因此驱动器中对应有相关参数,详见卜表。
许则升级成最新的主控程序和驱动器程序一、确认XY通讯地址(需重新上电才能生效)大豪伺服框架采用通信方式进行指令控制,因此务必把XY轴对应的驱动器地址设对(X 向驱动器参数PA01设为0001, Y向驱动器参数PA01设为0002)。
如果设置错误将会造成通信报错或者绣作花样变形走位。
二、设定电子齿轮比PA02、PA03(需重新上电才能生效)电子齿轮比设置规律为:A、框架轴套采用0.45对应移框0.1mm的机器,则电子齿轮比的设置为电子齿轮比分子(PA02)二级传动减速装置大轮半径电子齿轮比分母(PA03). 二级传动减速装置小轮半径B、框架轴套采用0.36对应移框0.1mm的机器,则电子齿轮比的设置为电子齿轮比分子(PA02)二级传动减速装置大轮半径------------- ---- 10 -------------------------电子齿轮比分母(PA03)二级传动减速装置小轮半径注:如果是采用三洋伺服参数设置的机器,则可以根据上述的AB两条折算。
或者用大豪伺服电子齿轮比二1.25 X三洋伺服电子齿轮比来计算。
另设置好伺服驱动器电子齿轮比后,可以通过手动移框一段距离来反馈是否正确。
手动移框一小段距离(比如5mm)后,将XY位移泊零,在台板上做标记,接着移框100mm,停止移框后在台板上做标记,用尺子测量这两个标记之间的距离是否也是100mm。
如果测量结果是100mm,那说明驱动器的电子齿轮比设置是对的。
具体步骤如下:① 设置成低速移框;按电脑操作面板上的键,屏幕上显示为哪除”:手动高速移框;:手动低速移框②向X方向移框一段距离(比如5mm后,按电脑操作面板上的键,将位移清零,屏幕上X [ +0.0 ]显示Y E 4S。
],在台板上做标记X [ + 100, 0 ]③接着按这个方向继续移动100mm,屏幕上,显示丫"Q】或者X [ -100.0 ]Y [ +0.0 )④停止移框,在台板上做标记⑤测量两标记之间的距离⑥如果测量结果符合 100mm那么证明电子齿轮比设置是对的三、机械回差补偿PA18根据机械情况一般设为10~20之间,即0.1mm~0.2mmc 此参数针对绣作调头动作时进行补偿,低速机(750rpm)的设置值一般为10,而高速机(1000rpm)的设置值一般为20.四、手动移框参数根据高低速手动移框的效果(震动和声音)来设定,机器框架行程比较大的机器,可以将参数设置的大些。

also wears out faster,so check the tire pressure at least monthly.Engine oil also affects fuel economy.The fuel efficient,low-viscosity 0W-20oil recommended for your Insight is formulated to help the engine use less fuel.This oil is available at your Honda dealer.In winter,the build-up of snow on your car’s underside adds weight and rolling resistance.Frequent cleaning helps your fuel mileage and reduces the chance of corrosion.You can improve fuel economy by driving moderately.Rapid acceler-ation,abrupt cornering,and hard braking use more fuel.To get the best fuel mileage,drive in the highest can drive away in about a minute,no matter how cold it is outside.The engine will warm up faster,and you getbetter fuel economy.To cut down on the number of ‘‘cold starts,’’try to combine several short trips into one.The air conditioning puts an extra load on the engine which makes it use more fuel.Turn off the A/C to cut down on air conditioning e the flow-through ventilation when the outside air temperature is moderate.If air conditioning is needed,you can save some fuel by using the A/C in ‘‘ECON’’mode.When the outside temperature is above 41°F (5°C),this mode allows the Auto Idle Stop function to shut off the engine when the vehicle is stopped,resulting in fuel savings.You may notice that using the A/C causes a greater drop in fuel economy than you are used to in other 该断线检测系统功能强大,进一步满足了厂家、用户和绣花机发展的需要。
1.1系统的组成III型断线检测系统包括三部分:(1)纯断检机头控制板HC0402;(2)斩光轮式机头信号板:用于配有轮式断检的机型,安装在夹线器后。
功能类似于Ⅰ型断检和Ⅱ型断检中的轮式光耦检测板(如Ⅰ型断检中的EF103X和Ⅱ型断检中的EF193X),但不能混用。
如HL624(6针,光耦间距和安装尺寸与EF109X相同)、HL924(9针,光耦间距和安装尺寸与EF103X相同)和HL921(9针,新跃专用);(3)挑线簧式机头信号板:用于配有簧式断检的机型,板上有簧式断检接口、机头红绿灯和机头开关,安装在夹线器后。
如HT154(尺寸和EF154X、EF120X 相同);(4)机头灯开关扳:如果只使用轮式断检,则使用机头灯开关板。
1.2功能及特点(1)支持在线写地址和组合刺绣功能,组合刺绣等参数如分组、扩针杆和扩幅面等都可以在操作头上进行设置;(2)支持在线升级功能,纯断检机头控制板HC0402的程序可以通过操作头在线升级并且可以在线升级所有头或者指定头,操作方便,便于扩展新功能;(3)支持轮式(斩光轮)断检和簧式断检两种断检方式,支持面线夹持功能和机头电磁铁锁头功能;(4)轮式断检支持50齿和24齿,簧式断检支持最多支持15针;(5)一块机头控制板控制两个机头,安装在大梁后,安装方便,接线简单;(6)采用CAN总线通讯方式,便于功能扩展;双绞线差分信号传输,抗干扰能力强;(7)防反插电源插座,防止电源插头插反烧坏外围板,(8)支持4、6、9、12针等多针位机器;第二章选型说明2.1 纯机头控制板HCO4O2纯机头控制板HC0402支持簧式断检功能和轮式断检功能,可以控制两个机头电磁铁和两个面线夹持电磁铁;一块HC0402控制两个机头,安装在大梁后。
带安装板的HC0402的安装尺寸如下图所示:纯机头控制板HC0402带安装板的安装尺寸图注:纯机头控制板HC0402只能配机头电磁铁锁头的机型。
2.2 挑线簧式机头信号板如果是簧式断检的机型则要用到挑线簧式机头信号板HT154和HT156,安装在过线器后,HT154安装尺寸和I型断检板EF154X、EF120X相同(具体安装尺寸见附录二《外围信号板安装尺寸图》),配合EF154X、EF120X使用的过线器就可以使用HT154。
HT156安装尺寸和I型断检板EF110X、EF156X相同,配合EF110X、EF156X使用的过线器就可以使用HT156。
挑线簧式机头信号板上有簧式断检电路、机头红绿灯和机头开关。
2.3 斩光轮式机头信号板斩光轮式机头信号板的选型需要确定以下三点:1、夹线座斩光轮的形式:是单排斩光轮还是双排斩光轮;2、确定斩光轮中心点的间距(用以确定光耦间距, 是30mm还是24mm等等);3、用户根据夹线座上的安装孔1、安装孔2的距离和斩光轮式机头信号板的安装孔尺寸确定相应的安装座。
目前斩光轮式机头信号板见下表所示:8910表格2-1 斩光轮式机头信号板安装尺寸2.4 机头灯开关板开关、灯板的选型根据夹线座上开关、灯板的安装孔的位置和尺寸确定。
考虑到安装尺寸的覆盖面,我公司综合市场上普遍采用的开关、灯板的安装尺寸,提供以下六种开关、灯板:KD007A,EF230C ,KD001,KD002,KD008、KD035。
请用户根据实际夹线座尺寸,选择合适的型号。
六种开关、灯板的安装尺寸如表格3-1所示,请用户仔细阅读选择。
表 2-2 开关、灯板的安装尺寸说明第三章安装指南3.1 电控的安装3.1.1 纯断检机头控制板的安装纯断检机头控制板HC0402安装在大梁后,两个机头对应一个纯断检机头控制板,纯断检机头控制板应放在两个机头的中间位置,保证线缆长度一致。
这种安装方式的优点:通讯线不易磨损;抗干扰能力强,提高了通讯的可靠性;便于和其他外围板接线;维修方便,不用拆夹线座,避免破坏穿好的绣线;提高了生产和使用的效率。
纯机头控制板的安装尺寸、斩光轮式机头信号板和挑线簧式机头信号板的安装尺寸和光耦间距见附录二《外围信号板安装尺寸图》。
第四章调试指南4.1 接线系统框图和线缆图见附录一《系统框图和线缆图》,簧式断检的接线见附录三《簧式断检接线示意图》。
如果最后一个头为奇数头则所有信号线都接到HC0402的A插座上(电路板上有中文注释,如簧检A、轮检A、机头A和灯开关A等),同时把CZ008 (灯开关B)上的4脚和6脚短路,防止接轮式断检时最后一块板的偶数头误报。
需要在通讯线缆L499末端(即远离电控箱的一端远端)的3脚(CANL)和4脚(CANH)焊上终端电阻RJ24-1/4W-120Ω(在电控发货配件中)。
4.2 纯断检机头控制板供电的测量纯机头控制板HC0402的电源输入端有三路信号,12V、24V和GND,其中24V供机头电磁铁和面线夹持电磁铁使用。
机头少的机型HC0402使用电源板供电。
具体供电模式见下表:第五章在线升级和写地址操作说明5.1 HC0402在线升级操作说明(1)HC0402上电后机头开关在中位时机头灯不亮表明HC0402没有烧写BOOTLOADER程序,需先用烧写器烧写BOOTLOADER程序再在线升级应用程序才能正常使用。
(2)HC0402上电后,如果机头灯红、绿一起点亮说明HC0402没有应用程序只有BOOTLOADER程序,需进行升级操作后才能正常使用。
在此状态下直接执行在线升级操作可升级所有的只有BOOTLOADER程序的HC0402,升级完成后机头灯状态变为红灯闪烁或者绿灯常亮(机头开关确保在中位)表示HC0402升级成功。
(3)HC0402上电后机头开关能正常控制机头灯(开关中位时绿灯亮、下位时灯灭、向上拨红灯亮)说明HC0402有应用程序。
此状态下把需要升级应用程序的HC0402机头灯打成红灯(开关拨上位),则可接受升级操作;对于不需升级的HC0402机头灯保持为绿灯或者灭灯状态。
5.2 316机型主控在线升级操作说明操作步骤:(1)→(2)→(3)→(4)→(5)→(6)→(7)(1)按“”键,出现辅助管理菜单如图示:(2)按“”键到第四页;(3)如上图示,用“”、“”或数字键“4”,选择“机器的外围板管理”项,按“”键;(4)依照提示,用“”、“”或数字键“1”,选择“机头板升级程序”项,按“”键;(5)如上图示,可用“”、“”键, 选择“XXXX. DST ” 按“”键;(6)如上图示,用“”、“”键,选择“是”,按“”键进入后等候;(7) 如上图示,出现升级成功,即在线升级完成。
5.3 328机型主控在线升级操作说明操作步骤:(1)→(2)→(3)→(4)→(5)→(6)→(7)(1) 按“”键,出现辅助管理菜单(2)按“”键,选择到最后一页;(3) 如上图示,用“”、“”或数字键“3”,选择“机器的外围板管理”项,按“”键;(4)依照提示,用“”、“”或数字键“1”,选择“机头板升级程序”项,按“”键;(5)如上图示,可用“”、“”键, 选择“XXXX. DST ” 按“”键;(6)如上图示,用“”、“”键,选择“是”,按“”键进入后等候;(7)如上图示,出现升级成功,即在线升级完成。
5.4 写板地址步骤有两种方式写板地址:全部机头写地址和单板写地址。
(1)全部机头写地址:(需要确认所有机头开关均处在中位)1进入“全部机头板写地址”菜单并确定后,2向上拨第一个机头的机头开关,机头灯变成红灯闪烁时,说明该机头板的地址已写入。
然后按顺序依次向上拨机头开关,待所有机头板的地址均写入后,将自动进入全部机头板地址自检界面。
3支持多次写地址功能,即设置某号机头板地址为N后,该机头红灯闪烁,此时如果关机头后再次向上拨机头开关,则该机头板地址将重新设置为N+1;(2)单板写地址:1、进入“单个机头写地址”菜单并确定,在对话框中输入机头号并确定,在出现的对话框中再按确定键。
(以5号机头为例,在对话框中输入5)2、向上拨第5号机头的机头开关,断检灯红灯闪烁3次后,绿灯常亮,“单个机头写地址”过程结束。
5.5 检查板地址步骤有两种方式检查板地址:全部机头检查地址和单板检查地址(查找某机头)。
(1)全部机头检查地址:(需要确认所有机头开关均处在中位)执行该操作后,机头灯将全部变灭,然后从1号机头开始,各机头将依次红灯闪烁三次后变成绿灯常亮。
请仔细观察机头灯的变化,如果出现个别头红灯不闪、多个头同时闪灯等异常情况,则说明有错误的板地址存在。
(2)单板检查地址(查找某机头,需确认机头开关处于中位):执行该操作后,目标机头将红灯闪烁,其他机头灯灭。
按“确定”退出后,所有机头变成绿灯常亮。
5.6 查询机头信息步骤执行该项操作后,目标机头将红灯闪烁,其他机头灯灭,同时操作头将显示该机头板的信息,这些信息包括功能码、软件代号、软件版本号、擦写次数、机头地址等信息。
注:对于只有Bootloader的机头板,如不需查询该机头信息,请务必关机头。
第六章组合绣操作说明一、组合绣功能简介组合绣是在稳定的BECS系列基础上开发的一种新式绣作功能。
组合绣分为扩展绣作幅面、扩展针杆颜色和同时扩展绣作幅面及针杆颜色等三项功能。
下面将分别详细说明各功能的设置步骤及操作方法。
二、组合绣分组概念介绍1、分组方式介绍组合刺绣可将所有机头分为2机头分组、3机头分组、4机头分组及任意机头分组等多种分组方式。
见下表:分组方式含义:(1)2机头分组方式是将所有机头分为2组,奇数机头为第1组,偶数机头为第2组。
