112007年浙江省高考英语评卷反思徐育芬2007年浙江省高考英语命题思路和原则基本上与教育部《全日制普通高级中学英语教学大纲(试验修订版)》、《2007年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲》和《2007年浙江省普通高考考试说明》一致，题型、题量均与往年保持一致，但难度相对低一些，是2004年浙江省自主命题以来较为简单的一次。

但整份试卷充分体现了新课标的理念，注重基础知识、立足语境、突出语篇、重视运用和体现人文。

这次参加省高考评卷工作，有机会向各位反馈我省高考英语试题主观题部分的学生答题情况并就此进行粗浅的分析与思考，希望能给同行提供借鉴。

一、评卷概述卷Ⅰ包括单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解，共计100分，要求考生将答案填涂在答题卡上，答题采用计算机阅卷。

卷Ⅱ为写作部分，属于主观题，包括单词拼写、短文改错和书面表达，共计50分。

要求考生将答案直接写在答题纸上，采取网上阅卷，阅卷教师（包括高校教师、研究生、各市地区部分高中教研员和一线教师）严格按照统一评分标准进行评卷。

这次我们温州前往评卷的老师分配到的任务是书面表达题部分。

为了确保作文阅卷的质量，计算机系统设有系列测评参照指数客观、科学地调控教师的评卷情况，如主客相关系数、有效率、数量、自评指数和吻合指数等，还有严格的评卷操作流程，具体如下: 由计算机随机分发任务,第一位老师给分(一评)并提交，软件系统随机将答卷交给第二位老师批改(二评),当前后两个分数差距在一定范围内（5分），系统自动取其平均值为最终成绩；若分差大于规定范围，计算机将自动把答卷提交给第三位老师评阅(三评)，并将自动取相近两个分数的平均值；若在三评之后，三个分数之间的差距仍较大（超出5分）,计算机将自动提交给组长仲裁(四评)，原则上该考生最后得分按照组长所给的分值出成绩。

今年增设了怀疑卷，由学科组专家对经三评或四评分值相差较大的答卷进一步把关，使书面表达题的评卷相对往年更公平、公正。

二、主观题部分评卷情况的分析根据本次阅卷及抽样调查，有关卷Ⅱ的答题情况简单分析如下：（一）、近四年卷Ⅱ各试题难度值对比表一：（二）、今年卷Ⅱ命题特点与学生的答题情况分析1、单词拼写提供较为充分的语境，其目的在于考查考生基础词汇的掌握和运用。

07年浙江省高考英语试卷分析重视基础讲究策略贴近生活体现人文杭州市第十四中学特级教师邱锋奉化中学特级教师周道义省教育厅教研室特级教师葛炳芳一、试卷综述2007年我省高考英语命题要求与前三年相同，题型未作改变，总体难度适中，注重基础知识，强化知识运用，并在一定程度上关注文化层面的考查，体现了保持命题平稳的思路。

1、体现课标理念，立足语境语用今年的试题体现了英语课程标准的五维目标。

试题的选材生活化，试卷的编排体现人文关怀。

试卷难度控制得当，对减轻学生过重的课业负担将起到良好的导向作用。

整卷的试题立足语境、强化语用，体现了“用英语做事”的课程理念。

2、重视基础知识，强化文化意识对考生知识面的考查紧扣考纲，将语言作为一个载体，考查对自然科学、社会生活等各方面的知识和具有时代性语篇的理解能力，既注重测试英语语言和文化基础知识，又突出考查语言综合运用能力，须仔细思考、推理、判断的题目占了一定比例，重视语言的工具性，更突出语言的思想性。

二、试题特点单项填空的难度与去年相当，试题知识点覆盖面广，综合测试了词汇、语法和习语等项目，注重知识点在语境中的运用。

完形填空是一篇关于孩子第一次去图书馆的经历。

与往年不同的是，今年的短文是一篇记叙文，较去年更易理解。

主要测试考生在一定的语篇环境下进行词义辨析和逻辑推理能力，也考查了对词汇惯用法的掌握情况。

对考生理解语境和语篇的能力有一定的要求。

阅读理解部分选取了6则很有教育意义的语篇，时代感强，特别是一则基于Google情景的网络语言材料——有关北京2008奥运的介绍，非常新颖。

如果考生能结合“略读”、“跳读”等策略，解题则会更得心应手。

试题的阅读量和难度都与去年基本持平。

单词拼写题难度比去年有所下降。

注重考查基础词汇，且设置了较为充分的语境，因而对词汇的运用能力也有所要求。

所考查的单词均为实词，其中突出考查动词(五个)和名词(三个)，但要求变形的不多。

短文改错题总体难度适中。
