My Favorite Dish
China is very famous for its food in the world. There are many kinds of food in China. They're Cantonese food, Sichuan food, Shanghai food, Hunan food and so on. Generally speaking, Cantonese food is a bit light, Sichuan food is very hot, Shanghai food is rather oily, and Hunan dishes are very spicy, having a strong and hot taste.
In my opinion, shredded pork with garlic sauce is the queen of home cooking. It is good in color, flavor and taste. So I like it very much. Maybe many people agree with me. But do you know how to cook it?
The recipe for shredded pork with garlic sauce is not very complicated. First and foremost, you should prepare some materials: The lean pork 200 grams, the agaric 30 grams, half a green pepper,a carrot, the vegetable oil 75 grams, the bean sauce 20 grams, the vinegar, the onion, the ginger, garlic each 10 grams,the sugar, the cooking wine, soak hot pepper each 13 grams, the salt 3 grams, starch 15 grams,chicken bouillon 2 grams.
Then let’s talk about the specific production process,there are seven steps:
Step 1.Pour half a bowl of water in a bowl, add salt, sugar, vinegar,
starch and soy sauce to the water, then stir well.
Step 2. Cut green pepper, carrot and onion into shreds.Chop the garlic ,ginger and agaric very finely.
Step 3. Cut the lean pork into shreds, add some chicken bouillon, starch and water, stir until sticky.

Step 6. Add shredded carrot ,shredded green pepper and chopped agaric into the pan, stir and fry until soft, then add shredded onion and fired meat, saute for a while.
Step 7. Drizzle sauce that made in the first step over it.
鱼香肉丝的做法并不是非常复杂。

先要准备一些主要材料:猪瘦肉、豆腐干、笋。

先把以上材料全都切成丝。

然后,把肉丝下锅翻炒,肉丝炒散即可。

接着放下一些用来烧红烧鱼的调味料和辣椒。

最后,放下豆腐丝和笋丝,使劲翻炒,直到闻到香味就可以出锅了。

吃鱼香肉丝,对于我来说是一种享受。

夹一些放进嘴里,嚼一口,肉油而不腻,笋脆而不硬。

嚼第二口,一股酸酸甜甜和辣味的味道就冒了出来,这让你忍不住嚼第三口第四口。

嚼着嚼着,有一股淡淡的鱼肉味儿在嘴里油然而生,简直就是人间美味。
