暑期社会实践报告
实践的缘由与目的：
走进了大学距离工作就不远了，工作也就成了大学生最关心的话题之一。
而在现今社会，大部分单位在招聘时都打出“有经验者优先”的旗号，可刚离开高中校园的我们最为缺乏的就是社会工作经验。
为了拓展自身的知识面，扩大与社会的接触面，锻炼和提高自己的能力，以便在以后毕业后能真正走入社会，适应社会要求，在大一结束后的暑假里我决定去亲身体验一下真正的社会。
以下是我社会实践的全过程：
实践过程：
首先是找工作。
由于社会上有有人利用学生求职心切的心理发布虚假广告骗人骗钱的传言，开始时我选择了母亲单位的人资单位进行注册，这样就可以免去刚接触社会的我们被骗的担忧。
在许多熟悉的面孔的帮助下，我开始了我的第一份工作。
至此，我的暑期求职生涯才算告一段落，这段时间也就用了不到两个礼拜。
其实，这样不全面，因为我没有体会到找工作的那种种心酸。
紧接着就开始了我暑期中的第一份工作。
第一天到单位报到心情是兴奋而忐忑的，兴奋自不必说，忐忑是因为我没有一点工作经验，也不熟悉单位出纳的经营方式，更不必说业务员的工作范围和要求。
在经理简单介绍了我们要做的工作后，我们就换上公装了。
第一次工作，第一次穿公装，都是那么陌生，但既然想要经验也就只好硬着头皮上了，反正凡事都有第一次。
但理想与现实的差距又一次真实的摆在我面前：第一天我的业务量为“0”！这只是个说法，其实第一天上班，所有的人都在给我教怎样进入这个工作状态，可是我连在银行转账支票都不会，这无疑是一个沉重打击！但我知道这时候退缩是没用的，只有努力去改变这个事实。
第二天我期待的第一次转支票终于如愿的成功了，我当时是那么激动，看着那五十多万的
支票在我的手上到另外一张支票上，那种兴奋不是可以言语的。
就这样，我开始更努力的学习各种关于出纳的技巧，虚心向叔叔阿姨们请教经验，对自己的方式加以改善，慢慢地我的工作量开始增加，单位也经常让我一个人出去到银行去交金，也就是把单位的金子以一定的金额规定交给国家，我天天接触的莫过于那些巨额数目的钱。
他们的支持和信任更给了我莫大的工作动力。
虽然到最后我没能留在那了，但我对自己能做好这份工作有了坚定的信心，对自己的能力有了新的看法，这也是我这次工作得到的最大收获！
工作期间我也曾注意过boss的经营方式，老员工也跟我经常谈起他们的经历。
或许是思想意识的禁锢，在国有企业的员工不管怎样做都是为了大家和小家。
大家顾名思义就是国家，去年上缴金子超过制定额好多倍，这不是金子多，而是所有人的一起努力的成果。
我在这个新的环境主要负责的是跑银行和到处公司去要签订过的合约金。
因此我的责任并不小。
慢慢的结实了好多上层阶级的那些白领人。
然而对于我这个还没有毕业的大一生来说，这是难能可贵的好机会，可以结实到很多好朋友以便于在以后毕业找工作的时候少撞些南墙。
工作中爸爸妈妈总希望我能尽量多学些东西，我也在努力学着。
但我必须考虑到我的现实，在这种上层水平的工作岗位上想要留下些印记比较难，想要有进一步的发展就必须要有自己不同于其他人的亮点。
所以，每个人都有他们不一样的特色，其实白领人的生活也是很枯燥无味的，他们也有很多的辛勤和心酸。
我认为这样挺好的，我想我们必须承认并且接受两代人思想观念之间的差距，单纯作为一个临时的业务员我也应该尊重叔叔阿姨们的意见，毕竟他们交给我的是我不曾接触过的社会，还有一个原因就是我以前从没接触过如何做生意，如何和别人谈话，因此我的意见也不一定是对的，毕竟没有实践就没有发言权。
我也跟着参与了很多大型party，大型拍卖会。
拍卖金银，拍卖稀有铜制品。
在里面也学会了如何交际。
工作感想：
找工作不好找，在实际工作中也会遇到许许多多棘手的问题，我现在才明白其实真实的生活远没有想象中的那么简单这里会有很多想象不到的问题，很多问题中又有复杂的关联，这么想起来生活的确会很累。
因此就必须提高自己处理问题的能力，让复杂的问题简单化，让自己的生活简单而又充实。
想到这里我真的很羡慕那些懂得享受生活的人，我想那他们应该早就看透了生活成为个中高手吧。
通过这次社会实践我真正明白社会生活与校园生活的差距。
校园毕竟是太小了，我们在学校学的是理论知识，我们必须要将所学的东西应用到实际中才会发现它的价值。
我们总以为在学校上课枯燥无味，总向往那些自语自在享受生活的人，总有着别人不知到的理想，总想着有一个辉煌的未来。
但我现在开始明白，所有的想象都是虚无缥缈的，只有自己亲身实践过，才会有一个清醒的认识，才会正确地给自己定位，确立相对现实的目标。
在实践后才会发现自己所学的东西是多么有用，自己是多么的需要进一步充实，其实实践也可以提高学习兴趣的。
“实践是检验真理的唯一标准”多少次说过这句话却不去想它所包含的真正意义，直到实践后才对这句名言有了更深的理解。
现在我也明白了人的潜力是需要自己去发掘的，太多的不自信只会把机会一次一次地从身边赶走。
通过实践你可以发现自己从未发现的方面，或许是需要改正的习惯，更或许是某个被掩盖的亮点。
这次实践也让我坚定了坚持不放弃的信念，放弃就等于否定自己，自己对自己的否定几乎几十倍乃至上百倍的强于别人对自己的否定，这对一个人来说是相当可怕的。
结语：
自己不去接触社会就永远不会知道社会的规则，依此类推，任何东西不去接触就永远不会了解它。
在学生阶段的我们需要了解的东西太多了，我们不能只靠书本去认识它们，这样的认识太浅薄了，不能算是真正的认识。
我们需要尽可能多
的去接触这个社会上的东西，俗话说人是社会的主人，我们要享有主人的权力就必须先了解社会，不然的话就很可能会被社会所左右，那样的生活不会幸福安乐的，只会是痛苦和无奈的。
以上即为我本次社会实践的过程和感受。
与社会更多的接触会给我们带来更多的认识和启发，多参加社会实践对我们有百益而无害，我是这么认为的。
