三、教学目标（一）课程总目标在城市轨道交通服务场景中，能用英语与旅客或同事进行基本沟通。
（二）具体目标1、知识目标：掌握城市轨道交通服务、特殊要求旅客的处理、紧急情况处理、急救场景中的常用英语口语表达方式。
2、能力目标：在城市轨道交通服务、特殊要求旅客的处理、紧急情况处理、急救场景中，能用英语与旅客或同事进行基本沟通。
3、素质目标：①感性了解城市轨道交通公司的工作氛围②基本具备跨文化交际、与上司或同事沟通的能力③基本具备团队协作的能力及对工作任务的执行能力四、教学内容及教学要求教学内容与教学要求五、教学方法与教学条件（一）教学方法：1.以《城市轨道交通客运服务英语》课程标准为导向，合理安排教学；2.以模拟城市轨道交通客运服务英语工作过程实施教学，采用项目教学法、分组练习、现场示范实施教学任务。
采用项目教学、任务驱动等可操作性强的教学方式。
课程按照城市轨道交通人员工作岗位及实践活动的工作需要而设置工作任务，在任务驱动中充分发挥学生的主体作用，强调学生的自我技能实践。
并以工作岗位对城市轨道交通服务人员所提出的要求通过相应的英语水平等级测试。
（二）教学条件：教室：商务英语实训室教师应发挥主观能动性，充分开发事业有成的毕业生、用人单位、企业家、劳动模范和先进人物等德育资源，充分利用电视、报刊、网络等媒体，重视现代教学手段的使用和开发。
六、课程考核方式本课程为考试课，考核方式实施“N+1+1”的过程考核制度，其中“N”是教学过程的考核次数，占总成绩的40%，分别是：考勤10%、课堂表现10%、作业10%、实践10%；第一个“1”是课堂笔记，占总成绩的10%，第二个“1”是期末考试，占总成绩的50%。
《城市轨道交通客运服务英语口语》线上教学的设计和实施摘要：本文阐述了《城市轨道交通客运服务英语口语》线上教学设计的理念，从课前准备和课堂授课两方面讨论了线上教学的实施。
课前上传学习要求、学习资源、线上课程规则。
课堂授课分课前、课中和课后三步，课前强调预习、自习和自测，培养学生的自主学习能力；课中通过六步教学法解答疑问、加强训练、提升能力；课后布置作业，在线答疑，德育教育巩固所学，这些措施有效地保证了线上教学的成效。

通过网络技术使口语课堂“动起来”，3个班级到课率约97%。
二、在线教学设计理念1.创造真实的语言环境。
课堂上为学生创造真实的工作项目，通过情景模拟、角色扮演、完成任务等活动，做到精讲多练，鼓励学生张嘴说、动手写，在实践中提升职业英语运用能力。
2.建立学生中心教学模式。
简化教学程序，设计一页学习任务、一页作业和一页考试，帮助学生迅速抓住学习重点，提高学习成效。
加强课外学习指导，鼓励学生利用资源拓宽知识面。
3设计丰富有趣的活动。
网络授课师生是跨时空的交流，学生上课容易走神，为此设计了有趣、好玩，实用的活动来吸引学生，将课堂内容的句号化为问号，启发学生的思维，还可以利用多种媒体使教学立体多样有趣，用课堂小活动如限时答题、随机点名、在线连麦等来活跃课堂气氛，提高学生课堂专注力。
4.有机融入课程思政。
熔炼思想、挖掘课程中蕴含的思政教育资源，把爱国情怀、文化自信、敬业精神等价值观融入到授课内容中，将德育教育有机的融入教学各环节，如：情景对话，课后作业等。
5. 建立多元评价体系。
强化过程考核，将学生的笔记、互动讨论，答疑、课前预习、测验等算入平时成绩，调动学生的学习积极性。
