通过作品展示激励学生学习的研究

摘 要： 激励有激发和鼓励的意思，是管理过程中不可或缺的环节和活动。有效的激励可以成为组织发展和实现组织目标的动力保证。为提高学生学习“计算机操作基础”这门课程的兴趣和积极性，通过在课程改革中实行学生作品展示激励政策来激励学生主动学习。调查显示，这种方法极大地提高了教师的教学效率和学生的学习效果。

Abstract： Incentive meant to stimulate and encourage，is an essential part of the management

process. Effective incentive can be the motivation of the organization to develop and achieve the

organization's objectives. In order to improve the students' interest and enthusiasm in learning the

course of "computer operation foundation"， the students' initiative learning is inspired by the

demonstration of their works in the curriculum reform. The survey shows that this method greatly

improves the teaching efficiency and students' learning effect.

学生作品展示与评价的实践探究

长期以来，作业一直是很多学生最不喜欢做的事情之一，也是造成学生厌学的一大根源。解决学生作业负担问题不能只从作业量上下功夫，努力丰富作业形式、提升作业的趣味性和创新作业的展示与评价形式都是可行的破解方向。

把学生作业作品化，就是教师为了学生的学习需要适时布置适当作业，学生以自己实际能力和兴趣爱好为基础并借助一定工具和帮助较高质量完成作业，师生共同把学生全部或部分作业以作品的形式呈现在一定平台上，并通过一定形式对作品进行评价，以达到帮助学生提高学习兴趣和学习效果、激发学习潜能的目的。

学生作业作品化后，重点是落实“出路”，只有作品化而没有展示和评价，短时间内可以促使学生认真对待作业，提高作业质量，但缺乏必要的持续激励和适时的肯定，学生高质量完成作业的动能就会逐步减弱，甚至会感觉浪费过多时间在作业上，产生抵触情绪。因此，把作品化后的作业进行展示与评价是十分必要的。

一、学生作品的展示形式

1.作品摆设

在一定场合、一定范围内摆设作品，进行公开展示。比如作文打印本、日记打印本、易错本集、陶艺作品、机器人、教学模型等，可以在教室门口临时搭建平台展示，可以在教室后面的黑板下展示，可以在学校统一规划的某个展示点展示。

2.作品张贴

有的作品，特别是单张纸质作品，用摆设的方式展示就会影响展示效果，不利于更好地激励学生。因此，像绘画作品、书法作品、手抄报、设计作品、摄像作品等，就可以以墙面张贴为主。

3.照片悬挂

有的作品摆设效果不佳，张贴又不方便的，可以选择悬挂。相对重一点儿的作品也可以直接悬挂在墙面或柱子的钉钩上。
