students The third grade is the basic stage of learning English, the task of this stage is to

cultivate and mobilize students' interests, give students preliminary perception of

English. The students of grade three are lively and active and like visual thinking. So

in class, I will organize games, competitions and other activities to let students

participate in them. In class, I prefer praises and rewards, and provide students with

the opportunity to express themselves
