教学目标：
1. 掌握单词：often。
2. 理解并熟练朗读课文，会灵活运用？How often do you eat…?
3. 培养学生良好的饮食习惯，不挑食、讲卫生。An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
教学重、难点：
重点：单词：often 的听、说、读、写四会掌握。
难点：能根据所学内容，用英语描述要想拥有健康的身体应该如何做。
教学准备：录音机、单词卡片和图片。
