握笔姿势，坐的姿势，每个字在田字格怎么摆放，每个笔画怎么写才漂亮??太多的细节需要一点点地规范。

目前我们首先需要重视的是握笔姿势，总有个别孩子很别扭地握笔，因为学前拿过笔画画什么的，错误的姿势纠正起来很困难，我教给孩子握笔的儿歌，每一次写字先规范姿势，不求写多，但求姿势正确，一旦错过最初的纠正期，以后要再纠正就很困难了，因为班上孩子有那么多，这也需要家长在家里帮助纠正，共同帮助孩子养成良好的握笔姿势。

其次是写好几个基本笔画，虽然教材是一边写字，一边学笔画，但我认为没有写好基本笔画，孩子是不可能写好字的。

所以，我先教孩子写好五个基本笔画“点、横、竖、撇、捺”。

教师的示范作用很重要，因为孩子的模范力是很强的，老师的板书就是孩子学习的最好典范。

我也教给了孩子笔画的儿歌，特别是撇和捺，学生要写好难度很大。

“撇有尖，捺有脚”，经过几次的反复练习，孩子们也由“棒棒笔”渐渐地写得有一点笔锋了，这个时候我再用激励的方式，把写得好的作品在班上后墙及班级网站上展示，既表扬了写得好的同学，也激励着其他孩子不断努力。
