(4),评分细则:单词错一个字母即为错,该大写的小写即为错,字迹潦草不清楚的即为错等。
句子,单词分为小分,错一个单词扣0.5分,两个单词扣1分,依次类推。
语法分为大分,be动词,谓语动词,名词单复数,时态,词性,句子结构等问题,每出现一个问题扣1分,两个问题扣2分,依次类推,遇到拿不准的可问我。
(5)惩奖措施:每次听写,每单元,两次总分排名前三的小组周末可免作业,其余小组照写作业,对于总分排名倒数第一的小组,由小组长携本小组成员到办公室对其进行检查背书及再次报听写,直到合格为止。
小组听写体现的是一种团队精神,需要小组的每一位同学,都积极发挥作用,小组才会取得较高的总分。
各小组长在听写时应履行的职责:调动本小组成员的学习积极性,号召本小组成员团结一致,帮助小组取得荣誉;认真批阅审核小组成员的听写内容;对小组成员每次听写的改错遍数进行检查,合格签字署名并标上日期。
发现有徇私舞弊或我检查出来的问题,小组长连同相关成员一起接受惩罚。
3.作业本作业:(1)批改原则,课代表在第一时间内最先把作业本拿过来由我批改,然后各小组长以课代表的作业本为参照,对自己以及小组成员的作业本进行批阅,批阅时务必用红笔。
(2)对小组成员作业中出现的错误,用红笔对其进行纠正,并监督其改在当次作业的后面,原则上改三遍,检查合格签字。
(3)对小组成员作业本脏乱,字迹不整洁,不工整,不清晰,潦草的书写,责令其重做,若有不从者,告知于我,我令其蹲办公室做。
4.周末家庭作业。
亦由小组长检查。
检查原则:(1)内容完整,切记少写,漏写,偷工减料,出现此类现象情况的同学,责令其对漏掉的内容,罚抄2倍。
(2)对书写不认真,不工整的同学,令其重写。
各小组内除了最后一名成员外,每人必须有一个改错本和一个笔记本,由各小组成员每周对小组成员的改错情况及记笔记情况检查一次。
改错主要改每次考试卷子上的基础题或者自己认为的练习当中的易错题。
笔记每次我上课强调的在黑板上写过的笔记必须记,确认检查准确无误,给予签字。
各小组长都是班上平时学习成绩优异,学习态度扎实,工作认真负责,有激情,有责任感,人格高尚的同学,担任小组长虽然比较辛苦,累,但这也是一次难得的锻炼机会。
第一,小组长在平时批阅检查同学们的作业情况时,可以更好的了解同学们的优点和缺点,学习小组成员的优点,避免缺点,取长补短,使自己更加完善。
在批阅小组成员作业情况的同时,也是一种自己的不断复习,重复是学习之母,有利于自己学习成绩的提高。
第二,小组长对小组成员作业出现的统一性的容易出现的错误,印象是最深刻的,自己往后应该不会出现类似的错误,原则上也是不允许小组长出现类似的错误的。
第三,同学们在学校学习,在注重学习成绩提高的同时,也要兼顾能力的提高,当今社会各行各业,所需的是专业知识扎实,综合素质能力较高的复合型人才,需要的是认真,细心,忠诚,有耐心,有责任感,态度扎实,有工作方法的人格高尚的人才。
各小组长一定要珍惜此次机会,让自己真正起到锻炼作用,以至于今后更好地与社会接轨,更好地适应社会。
第四,学期末会评出最优秀,最负责任的小组长三名,对其进行奖励,并对其所在小组进行整体奖励,小组成员每人都有奖励,小组长参与双份奖励!小组长评定委员会:各小组抽出一名公正无私正直的成员参与对每一小组长的打分评定,8位评委对每一小组长进行打分,去掉一个最高分,再去掉一个最低分,最后取平均分。
然后以平均分的高低来决定名次。
(评委评分必须要真实客观,要把评分细则写清楚,检查签名,再经审核小组审核。

每一小组除了最后一名基础较差的小组成员(我来特殊处理)外,其他任何一小组成员若要有不服小组长管理者,小组长亦可把名单上交给我!小组长在开展工作时需要注意的问题:以身作则,带动小组成员学习的积极性,主动性。
唤起小组成员的团队意识。
讲究工作方法,注意语气,讲究说话方式,不可挫伤小组成员的自尊心,自信心,互帮互助,同时也要严厉!亦不可出现小组成员和小组长顶撞的现象。
课代表每周要做的工作:(所有作业相关本子以小组为单位,小组长的本子放在本小组的最上面,课代表只用到小组长那里收即可)(1)每周一返校,待组长检查完作业,收周末家庭作业本予办公室。
周二上午第一节课下课,办公室抱本子发下去。
(2)每周五上午第四节课下课,收笔记本,下周一上午下完早自习,办公室抱笔记本发下去。
(3)每双周五下午放假前,收改错本,交办公室。
发放时间另行通知。
(4)收好每次的听写本,原则上当天听写的本子,当天收。
并按从高分到低分的顺序统计好各小组的总分数。
(5)收好每次的作业本。
原则上布置的作业至少要在两天内收齐。
收的必须是小组长批改好了的。
我的职责:引导,查看,监督,总结。
每周做一次统计,对小组相关工作情况进行一次公布。
各位同学,这只是小组学习的初稿,你们若有好的建议,我们可以进行适当修改。
理论联系实际,具体问题具体对待,对于今后座位改变的同学,我们也会做出小组适时分配调整。
公示期:3天。
同学们若是有什么意见,可以随时提出!学生要准备的学习用品:笔记本1本,改错本1本,听写本1本,作文本1本,家庭作业本1本,红色中性笔1支另:每天老师上课布置的每一项任务请写在笔记本上,包括口头作业和书面作业。
评分汇总:一、基础分:1.背诵课文每周每组基础分10分2.课堂作业每周每组基础分10分3.周末作业每周每组基础分10分(作文,笔记本,改错本无基础分)二、加分1.听写每周平均分前三名计10分,7分,5分,其余名次不加分。
2.课堂上回答问题,每人次加1分,同组同一组员重复回答不计分。
(由组长记录)3.每次学月测试,期中考试有显著进步的,加5分。
(各组组长推选,再由小组会议确定,原则上不超过5人/次)4.作文是原创,且写得非常好,得到老师表扬的,加3分/人次。
(每次作文由组长检查以后各组推荐一本,再由老师确定,原则上不超过5人/次)5.笔记本记录详细,且用不同颜色的笔标记好了重点,字迹非常清晰工整,加5分。
(组长推荐,由老师确定,每两周3人)三.扣分1.课文未在规定时间里背诵完的-2分。
(每单元规定的课文和对话原则上在本周背完,最迟不超过两周),事后补上的再+1分。
2.课堂作业未按时做完-0.5分,未做-2分。
(原则上当天作业当天交,最迟不超过两天)事后补上的再+1分。
3.周末作业未按时做完-0.5分,未做-2分。
(周末作业第二周的周一早自习下课后交,最迟不超过周一第四节课)事后补上的再+1分。
4.作文、笔记本未做-2分每人次,事后补齐再+1分每人次。
5.改错本不定时收取,完成任务的+2分每人次,未做的-2分每人次,事后补齐的+1分每人次。
