His mother whose name is Ann Iverson was only 15 years old when he was born, Allen Brunton didn’t get well preparation for Allen Iverson’s father and left.Months later, Ann was married with Michael Freeman,Because she wanted to give A.I. some love of father and more happiness, then they had another two daughters ,Brandy and Lisa. Unluckily, Freeman spent much time in prison for some reasons. Allen Iverson led a hard life with theSingle-parent family.2.middle school ageHe had a hard time with the family, but as you can see, nothing can stop him. Allen Iverson has been a great athlete since junior high school. He was interested in many sports, especially football and basketball.When he was in senior high school, he became an Amphibious star both football and basketball. As a football quarterback, he led a team won thestate championship, and won the Most Valuable Player. As a basketball guard, he won the division championship and set some records.3.university periodHe lived in a beautiful campus life in Georgetown, and obtained many achievements on the court and set some records!4.NBA careerWhen he was a sophomore, his sister Lisa’s illness got worse, he had to quit school enter in NBA early.In 1996, Iverson as NO.1 by the Philadelphia 76ers selected, and became the NO.1 shortest height in NBA history. As a draft, many people doubted for his ability, but the positive action proved that he is worth trusting.He put all the best years left the Philadelphia 76ers. For example, in the season of 1996-1997 A.I. averaged 23.5 points，7.5 assists，2.1steals per game became the first player in history of 76ers to be selected to the best rookie of NBA. Iverson has also earned 2 Most Valuable Player (00-01, 04-05 NBA All Star) awards, 3 Steals Leader(2001, 2002, 2003) , 4 top scorer(98-99, 00-01, 01-02, 04-05).
