数据传输的协议英文

English Protocol for Data Transfer

This protocol is entered into between the parties as

identified below. The parties agree to the following terms and

conditions for the transfer of data:

1. Basic Information of the PartiesParty A:Legal

2. Identity of PartiesParty A is the data provider.Party B is the

data recipient.

3. Rights and Obligations of the PartiesParty A has the right

to provide data to Party B.Party B has the obligation to keep the

data confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without

the written consent of Party A.Party A warrants that it has the

right to provide the data to Party B and that the data is accurate

and complete.Party B shall use the data only for the specific

purpose as agreed by the parties.Party B shall take reasonable

measures to ensure the security and integrity of the data and

prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of the data. 4. Method of PerformanceThe transfer of data shall be

conducted electronically through a secure connection.

5. Term of the AgreementThis protocol shall be effective

from the date of execution by the parties and shall continue until

the completion of the transfer of data.

6. Breach of AgreementIf either Party breaches any term or

condition of this protocol, the non-breaching Party may terminate

this protocol and claim damages from the breaching Party.

7. Compliance with Chinese LawBoth parties agree to comply

with all relevant laws, regulations and rules of China.

8. Governing LawThis protocol shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws of China.

9. Dispute ResolutionAny dispute arising from or in

connection with this protocol shall be resolved by negotiation

between the parties. If the parties cannot reach a resolution

within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the

relevant Chinese court for resolution.

10. Legal Effect and EnforceabilityThe terms and conditions

contained in this protocol are legal, valid and binding on the

parties, enforceable in accordance with their terms.

11. MiscellaneousThis protocol may not be amended or

modified except in writing signed by both parties. This protocol

constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with

respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between the

parties in connection with such subject matter.

超时重发机制：

请求回应的超时，在一个请求命令发出后在规定的时间内未收到回应，认为超时。超时后重发，重发规定次数后仍未收到回应认为通讯不可用，通讯结束。超时时间根据具体的通讯方式和任务性质可自定义。超时重发次数根据具体的通讯方式和任务性质可自定义。

执行超时

请求方在收到请求回应（或一个分包）后规定时间内未收到返回数据或命令执行结果，认为超时，命令执行失败，结束。缺省超时定义表（可扩充）：

通讯协议数据结构

所有的通讯包都是由ACSII码字符组成(CRC校验码除外)。

通讯包结构组成：

名称 类型 长度 描述

包头 字符 2 固定为##

数据段长度 十进制整数 4 数据段的ASCII字符数

例如：长255，则写为“0255”

数据段（见7.3.3） 字符 0<=n<=1024 变长的数据（短信为140）

CRC校验 十六进制整数 4 数据段的校验结果，如CRC错，即执行超时

包尾 字符 2 固定为（回车、换行）

数据段结构组成

请求编号QN 字符 20 精确到毫秒的时间戳:QN=YYYYMMDDHHMMSSZZZ，用来唯一标识一个命令请求，用于请求命令或通知命令

总包号PNUM 字符 4 PNUM指示本次通讯总共包含的包数

包号PNO 字符 4 PNO指示当前数据包的包号

系统编号ST 字符 5 ST=系统编号, 系统编号见7.5中系统编码表

命令编号CN 字符 7 CN=命令编号, 命令编号见7.5中命令列表

访问密码 字符 6 PW=访问密码

设备唯一标识MN 字符 14 MN=监测点编号,这个编号下端设备需固化到相应存储器中，用作身份识别。编码规则：前7位是设备制造商组织机构代码的后7位，后7位是设备制造商的此类设备的唯一编码）
