摘 要

本设计是在了解河北唐山市地形、地貌等条件下,综合降雨量、降雪量、风向以及渤海水域水文地质状况,遵循库址选择原则以及考虑对库址的基本要求,在综合生产作业量条件下进行的一次综合性的常规油库设计。

设计过程如下:根据原始资料、数据进行基础设计。计算出储油罐容积、个数,选择罐型,确定库容。进行装卸油设施计算:铁路装卸油鹤管数、铁路装卸栈桥长度、装卸作业线长度、汽车油罐车装油鹤管数、桶装作业灌油栓数目及仓库面积、油品水运码头泊位数、消防设施、防火距离和防火堤尺寸。然后,进行油库平面图的初步布置,再根据布置的情况进行管路水力计算、选泵及校核,然后进行流程和泵房安装设计,最后进行辅助设施计算。根据石油库设计规范中各构建筑物之间的防火要求并协调上述计算结果,对库区进行平面布置。图纸的绘制包括南京油库总平面布置图、工艺流程图和内浮顶罐结构简图。图纸的绘制方式为AutoCAD制图。

本设计对如下内容进行了说明:总图布置、油库工艺流程概述、油罐类型及附件、油库安全技术、储油罐区布置设计。

绘图部分是设计的关键。设计的思想意图、内容都通过图纸来体现。油库总图布置是按照最大限度的满足生产需要,缩短工艺管线和运输管线,减少占地和投资,保证安全作业,节约管理费用等原则下进行设计,流程图简单合理并在一定程度上考虑了油库的扩建。布置图严格按照《石油库设计规范》设计,准确体现了油库泵房、泡沫间、雨水池等设备的尺寸和安装位置。

ABSTRACT

The designation is main for Tangshan oil depot.It is a conventational designation. It

abides by choosing principle of warehouse location and thinks about to fundamental demand

of warehouse location.According to the full understanding of the topography and geoly of

Tangshan suberb of Hebei besides the work quantity.

The designation process are as follows: according to original information and data,

storagetanks volume and quantity, Select type and determine the capacity of the depot.

Calculate load and unload of the equipment: the number of railway crane loading and

unloading oil pipe,the length of bridge, the length of the loading pier ,quay berth number

etc.Then the picture of oil depot is originally design.The second step, according to assignable

conditions,we will perform pipelines waterpower calcualation,select pumps and inspect.the

third step,technology system and pumphouse install designed.According to Fire safety

requirements between the buildings in Designing specifications of the oil base, and

coordinate the results of the above calculation, carried out on the layout of the reservoir area.

Drawing drawings, including the Nanjing depot general layout plans, process maps and the

pipeline installation map of oil tank area. Rendering drawings for AutoCAD drawing.

The designation’s introduction are as follows:the key plane figure, oil depot technology

systerm, fire of oil depot, fireproofing flameproofing, lightingproofing and staticproofing i.e,

in addition to works arrangement .

The key of this designation is drawing picture.designed intendenced and contents must

be embodied by figures. the key plane figure of oil depot must be content to requirement of

production at the maxlimitation. it makes technology pipelines and transport pipelines most

shorten. pipeline and field should be contract. such as economical investment, insured

operation in safety, economical sdminstraction fee, technology system should be both simple

and advisable. To some contract , augment of oil depot should be considered.install figure

must strictly design according to designed codes.pumphouse of oil depot pipelines, pumps, i.e.

these pumpmentsizes, location etc, should be precisely embodied.
