一个完整的课程目标应包含4个要素:行为主体(audience)、行为动词(behavior)、行为条件(condition)和表现程度(degree),简称ABCD形式。
课程目标制定的依据是学生需要、社会需要和学科需要。
2.陶冶教育答:陶冶教育法是教师利用环境和自身的教育因素,对学生进行潜移默化的熏陶和感染,使其在耳濡目染中受到感化的德育方法。
陶冶教育法具有两个重要特点:①它体现了教师对学生无私的、真诚的爱以及对学生的理解、尊重、关怀和信任。
②陶冶教育法是渐进的,而不是立竿见影的;但是它一经发生作用,成为心理定势稳定下来,就不易发生改变,而成为深刻而持久的人格特征。
陶冶教育法把学生置于一定的活动情境中,这种情境必须具体、生动、形象、直观,而且要强烈的吸引着学生。
这种情境从表面看是“无求的”“自发的”,而实际上是经过教师精心设计安排的,使学生在不知不觉中,在有意识和无意识地相互作用的过程中,经过较长时间的熏陶,渐渐地达到陶情冶性的目的。
陶冶教育法的方式主要有人格感化、环境陶冶、艺术陶冶等。
3.永恒主义答:永恒主义教育是提倡复古的一种教育思想。
形成于20世纪30年代,代表人物是美国教育家赫钦斯和阿德勒,法国教育家阿兰等。
主要观点有:①教育的性质永恒不变;②教育的目的就是理想的培养;③永恒的古典学科应该在学校课程中占有中心地位;④提倡学习和钻研古典名著。
4.工读主义教育思潮答:工读主义思想萌发于第一次世界大战期间蔡元培、吴玉章、李石曾等人对旅法华工的教育活动,后又受一次大战后国际工人运动和“劳工神圣”思想的影响,以及“五四”新文化运动的激荡,渐次形成颇具声势的工读主义思潮,出现工读互助的教育实践活动。
