The heater power will be turned off, which will cause the zone temperature to slowly drop. This furnace configuration also turns off, the conveyor and rail systems, blower system, flux system, gas controls and monitoring, cooling system, recirculating water system, hood, oiler and case cooling. Note: PC & FCU still operate.

Alarm Level – Alarm level is set on the temperature configuration control limits page to 360 °C.When the FCU senses 360°C it will de-energizes the Heater Power Contactor.

Over-Temperature Protection Hardware
BLS overtemperature modules show you which heater is above setpoint by turning on a light-emitting diode (LED). Each OT has 12 red LEDs for 12 channels. The channels are labeled along the side of the module. A red LED indicates an alarm condition and the channel associated with the alarm. The green LED indicates instrument power is turned on supplied to the OT module.

Alert ：A furnace alert condition, warns of an impending alarm condition (usually, a temperature or gas condition has exceeded the alert deviation limits)（小）警报：渐进变化的烧结炉报警条件（通常是温度或气体量超出所设偏差）。

Cover Gas：Any process gas introduced into the process chamber to cover the product being processed.覆盖气体：Explosive Gas：Any gas that will burn with explosive force when mixed with oxygen from the air or from an oxygen-rich compound (for example, methane or hydrogen)爆炸性气体：混合有空气中的氧气或含有富氧物质的气体易燃易爆。

Forming Gas：Any mixture formed by combining two or more gases. Where a furnace useshydrogen as its principal process gas, the term forming gas usually refers to the mixture formed when a large amount of inert N2 is mixed with a small amount of highly reactive hydrogen (often in a96 percent N2 : 4 percent hydrogen ratio). This kind of forming gas is used to displace an allhydrogen atmosphere from a process chamber. The slight mixture of hydrogen lets impurities in the product complete the process of binding with hydrogen, yet the new gas is non-explosive when mixed with outside air.合成性气体：由两种或两种以上的气体组成混合性气体。

2．为了防止人身伤害，请不要在卸掉安全外罩、装置等情况下运转机器。

3．为了防止人身伤害，请不要把头发、衣服等卷进传送带链条中。

4．注意高温表面，必要时须戴手套。

5．为了防止人身伤害，维修时（加油、调整、日常维修）请关掉电源。

6．为了防止人身伤害，请在供电电路上安装漏电断路器。

7．机器运转时，注意手不要碰到驱动部分。

8．为了防止炎症，皮肤皱裂，如果眼睛或身体上沾到润滑油请立即清洗。

9．为了防止突然启动造成事故，维修之前请卸掉空气供给源的管子，排放出内部的空气后再进行维修。

10．为了防止人身伤害，进行修理、调整、更换零件的作业后，请一定确认螺丝、螺母是否拧紧。

11．拔掉电源时，请手拿插头，不要拿电线拔。

12．机器运转时，请不要将身体探入机器内。

二、设备安全1．设备只能由专业维护及维修人员或培训合格的人员进行操作2．电之前，应确认外接输入电源与该设备的额定电压及电流相符3．设备内含高温装置及机械传动，操作时应注意人身安全4．操作本设备前请仔细阅读用户手册；5．请按用户手册对本设备进行维护与保养；6．请不要把本设备安装在电磁干扰源附近；7．勿改变本设备电控箱内的软体及硬体设置；8．请勿将设备放置于湿度过高处。

9．请勿将液体及杂物注入设备内部。

10．请勿将UPS插头插入家用电器，如吹风机。

11．UPS内含的电压具潜在危险性，维修必须由合格的技术人员执行。

回转炉工艺培训及操作要点

回转炉调试与培训及操作要点一、该窑炉为电热窑炉，电热控制柜由配电柜和温度控制柜两台组成。

1、配电柜由DW15/额定1000A/380V万能断路器和隔离开关等元件安装而成，下进线方式满足国家安全安装标准。

2、温控柜共分四区加热控制，每一个控温仪表，触发器，断路器，快速熔断器，可控硅模块，电流表，电流互感器为一区。

由进料段区向出料端区分1区，2区，3区，4区。

第1和第4区分别为120KW，第2区和第3区分别为80KW。

装机总加热功率为400KW，额定线电流600A。

3、综合记录仪提供生产时炉温和转筒频率，给料频率记录，为日常或今后生产提供数据参考，数据记录间隔每5分钟记录一次。

4、转筒变频器带动3KW电动机，变频0-50HZ可调，提倡变频器在10-50HZ之间带动电动机运行。

注意转筒运行方向，观察者-窑炉进料端-窑炉出料端，炉体旋转为逆时针。

炉体旋转为频率影响转速，转速影响产量。

产量最大化的前提是，摸索出温度点和炉体旋转速度的最佳范围。

不同物料，不同含水率都会影响不同的产品产量。

10HZ，炉体375秒旋转/周，产量数量测量；20HZ，炉体300秒旋转/周，产量数量测量；30HZ,炉体225秒旋转/周，产量数量测量；40HZ,炉体150秒旋转/周，产量数量测量；50HZ，炉体75秒旋转/周，产量数量测量；5、给料变频器带动1.5KW电动机，变频0-50HZ可调，提倡变频器在10-50HZ之间带动电动机运行。

注意给料方向，采集给料数据，试生产阶段少量给料，观察物料切勿在转筒内堆积影响烧成质量。

二、操作规程1、启动准备1.请持证人员检查电源质量是否符合国家标准，配电柜、温控柜、窑炉电热分区电阻丝，转筒电机、给料电机，热电偶的接线正确,接触良好。

窑炉接地和控制柜接地可靠。

2.电工作业合闸必须穿戴绝缘用品，按规范操作。

3.电源供电（先储能按钮，后合闸按钮）对应指示灯亮起。

4.接通工艺需要启动的电机，控制系统的电源，加热断路器暂时不供电。
