乔布斯商业理念Innovation determines whether you are a leader or a follower

Steve Jobs believes that innovation is no limit, limited is the imagination. He believes that if it is a growth industry, innovation is to make products more efficient, easier to use, easier to use. If it is a shrinking industry, innovation is to quickly withdraw from the original model, products and services become obsolete, not easy to use before quickly

change their own.

Working with the best people

Steve Jobs believes that the top ten employees of a start-up company determines the level of the company, because everyone should be able to afford one-tenth of the company's work. He also used the Beatles to do the power of the metaphor of the team: no major work can be a separate one, or two, three, four people to complete. In order to do things please, the work can not be done by a person alone, must find the ability to cooperate with extraordinary people. And ultimately the power of individual interaction generated by the aggregate, so that the overall strength will be far greater than the sum of the power of the individual.

Focus on quality

Steve Jobs is a perfectionist. He believes that the perfect quality without a shortcut, must be excellent quality positioning to their own commitments, and unswervingly stick to it. When the requirements for their own higher, and concerned about all the details, the product will be different and others.

Putting aesthetics into the product

Steve Jobs knows the importance of aesthetics. In 1998,

Steve Jobs realized that Apple products seem out of date, Steve Jobs held a meeting of Apple, and raised such a problem - the problem of Apple products is out there is no aesthetic factors.

Understand consumer needs without grasping consumer feedback

Jobs did not use the focus of the crowd on the program, on the contrary, he told the consumer, so that consumers say their needs. In response, Carl Howe, head of consumer research at Yankee Group, a market research firm, said Apple was doing well in understanding user needs.

Connect related things

Apple has released independent innovation products, but also integrated their own ideas. IPod and iTunes for the perfect fusion, iPad and iPhone also with the application store for a good integration. Steve Jobs said: creativity is to connect all the relevant things together.

Do not recruit recruited employees

Ivy League graduates are not the only candidates to run the company. Steve Jobs has claimed that part of the factors that make the Macintosh a great product benefit from the fact that the staff involved in this product are musicians, poets and

artists, and even zoologists and historians, coincidentally, Is the world's best computer scientists.

Encourage others to think differently

Apple "alternative thinking" advertising campaign began in the late 90s, this activity has been one of the most effective activities. And this activity has also led to innovation and creativity, and this is exactly what Apple is.

Not the pursuit of complex

Simple is happy. Apple's designer Jonathan Ives (Jonathan Ives) confirmed this strategy: Apple is definitely trying to develop a simple application, because people like simple and clear.

Sell a dream rather than a product

Jobs made people have the impression that Apple is not the product of the consumer itself, but the specific meaning of these products.

This is the text of the Commencement address by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, delivered on June 12, 2005. Thank you. I’m honored to be with you today for your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. Truth be told, I never graduated from college, and this is the closest I’ve ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That’s it. No big deal. Just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots. I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out? It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: “We have an unexpected baby boy, do you want him?” They said: “Of course.” My biological mother found out later that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would go to college. This was the start in my life. And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents’ savings were being spent on my college tuit ion. After six months, I couldn’t see the value in it. I had no idea

Dropping out of his college course and attending calligraphy classes instead had, for example, given Mr Jobs an apparently useless love of typography. But support for a variety of fonts was to prove a key feature of the Macintosh, the pioneering mouse-driven, graphical computer that Apple launched in 1984. With its windows, icons and menus, it was sold as “the computer for the rest of us”. Having made a fortune from Apple’s initial success, Mr Jobs expected to sell “zillions” of his new machines. But the Mac was not the mass-market success Mr Jobs had hoped for, and he was ousted from Apple by its board. Yet this apparently disastrous turn of events turned out to be a blessing: “the best thing that could have ever happened to me”, Mr Jobs later called it. He co-founded a new firm, Pixar, which specialised in computer graphics, and NeXT, another computer-maker. His remarkable second act began in 1996 when Apple, having lost its way, acquired NeXT, and Mr Jobs returned to put its technology at the heart of a new range of Apple products. And the rest is history: Apple launched the iMac, the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad, and (briefly) became the world’s most valuable listed company. “I’m pretty sure none of this would have
