The Representative shall:(a) Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotionalactivities to create awareness and generate demand for the Products;(b) Establish and maintain relationships with local distributors, retailers, and other sales channels to ensure the availability and accessibility of the Products to the end-users;(c) Provide regular reports to the Manufacturer on the sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape in the Target Market(s);(d) Cooperate with the Manufacturer in providing after-sales service, customer support, and handling warranty claims, as required; and(e) Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the performance of its duties under this Letter.3.
