1)指令性规范(法规):法定,强制性;技术管理性;适用范围(监管范围,包括了设计、采购、制造、建造、使用、维修和改造)。
国内外的差别。
典型代表:PED97/23,Pressure Equipment Directive;TSG D0001 压力管道安全技术监察规程工业管道。
2)基础性工程规范:与指令性规范相比:推荐性/非唯一性,用户负责制;技术性;建造标准。
与行业或项目工程标准相比:通用性:适用范围广,不针对特定行业;基础性:系统性要求,最低要求,不能代替设计手册。
强调:符合规范要求而出现问题,仍由设计者负责;安全性:安全标准,风险控制。
典型代表:ASME B31系列;GB/T20801系列。
3)单项或行业工程标准:针对特定的介质环境或针对特定的行业而给出的更有针对性、更详细的工程规定。
一般情况下,是基础性工程规范的补充和细化。
(2)管道基础:HDPE管采用土弧基础。
对一般土质,当地基承载力特征值fak≥80KPa时,基底可铺设一层厚度为100mm的中粗砂基础层;当地基承载力特征值55≤fak≤80Kpa或槽底处在地下水位之下时,宜铺设垫层厚度不小于200mm的沙砾基础层,也可分二层铺设,下层用5~40mm 的碎石,上层铺设厚度不小于50mm的中粗砂;对软土地基(指淤泥、淤泥质土、冲填土或其它高压缩性土层构成的软弱地基)地基承载力特征值fak<55Kpa,或因施工原因地基原状土被扰动而影响地基承载力时,必须现对地基进行加固处理,达到规定地基承载能力后,再铺设中粗砂基础层。
沟槽开挖宽度控制可参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-2》第54页。
雨水干管及支管采用国标120°混凝土带型基础,相应标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第17页,雨水口连接管采用国标120°砂石基础,相应标准图参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-1第9页。
如遇特殊情况需另行处理。
(3)接口:根据行业标准中系统适用性要求,本设计中HDPE管材连接方式采用承插式电熔连接。
其连接采用的专用电器设备和工具,当施工单位不具备符合要求的设施和技术时,应由管材厂家提供并进行连接技术指导。
管道连接时采用的润滑剂等辅助材料,亦应由管材生产厂提供。
HDPE管道与检查井的连接有刚性连接和柔性连接两种方式。
其具体的连接方式大样及适用性参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-2》第56页和第57页。
雨水干管及支管采用钢丝网水泥砂浆抹带接口,标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第28页。
雨水口连接管接口采用橡胶圈接口,相应标准图参见《国家建筑标准图集06MS201-1》第23页。
(4)检查井:污水检查井:在本次设计中均采用井径为Φ1250圆形砖砌污水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第24、26页相应标准图;雨水检查井;在本次设计范围内当管径≤D600时,采用井径为Φ1250砖砌圆形雨水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第14页、26页相应标准图;当管径>600且<D1000时,管道上检查井均采用井径为Φ1500砖砌圆形雨水检查井,其结构参见国家标准建筑设计图集06MS201-3第16、29页相应标准图。
