I started watching all of his other movies, like "Shaolin Soccer," "The God of Cookery," and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons." Each one was funnier than the last!In "Shaolin Soccer," Stephen Chow played a former Shaolin monk named Mighty Steel Leg Sing. He formed a soccer team with other Shaolin kung fu experts, and they used their martial arts skills to play the game in the craziest ways possible. Like,they would kick the ball so hard that it would burst into flames or knock players off their feet! It was so silly, but also really cool to watch.Another movie I loved was "The God of Cookery," where Stephen Chow played a chef named Bull Toad. He was a master of cooking, but he was also really clumsy and always getting into trouble. One of the funniest scenes was when he accidentally set his kitchen on fire while trying to show off his cooking skills. It was a total disaster, but Stephen Chow made it so funny with his over-the-top acting and hilarious facial expressions.In "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons," Stephen Chow played a character called the Longevity Monk, who was supposed to be this powerful and wise figure. But instead, he was just a silly, goofy guy who couldn't stop cracking jokes and getting into trouble. There was this one scene where he was trying to meditate, but he kept getting distracted by all these funny things happening around him. I love them, especially the funny ones with lots of kung fu fighting and crazy stunts! My absolute favorite movie star is Jackie Chan. He's a martial arts master, an amazing acrobat, and a really hilarious comedian all rolled into one. I've seen almost all of his movies and I never get tired of watching him kick bad guy butt while making me laugh out loud.Jackie Chan was born in Hong Kong in 1954. When he was just a little kid, he was sent to live and train at the Peking Opera where he learned martial arts, acrobatics, acting, and comedy. Can you imagine being only 7 years old and having to go live at a theater? It must have been really hard work but it helped him develop all the incredible skills he has today.After years of training, Jackie started appearing in movies in the 1970s. His first big hit was the 1978 movie Snake in the Eagle's Shadow where he played a fun-loving kung fu student. I've seen that one and the fight scenes are amazing! Jackie does all his own stunts which is just mind-blowing. In one scene, he does a backflip while holding a tray of drinks without spilling a single drop. How is that even possible?In the 1980s, Jackie made a bunch more classic kung fu comedy films like Project A, Police Story, and the Armour of God series. My favorite is probably Police Story because it has the craziest stunt ever - Jackie slides down a pole from a mall's upper level, crashing through a glass roof and lands on a hangman's noose! Just watching that scene makes my heart pound. Jackie actually came close to dying while filming it when the cord whipped around his throat. But he kept going and made it look effortless on screen. He's totally fearless!Jackie Chan became a huge international star in the 1990s and 2000s with movies like Rumble in the Bronx, Rush Hour, Shanghai Noon, and my personal favorite Shanghai Knights. In that one he plays a Chinese imperial guard who teams up with a cowboy played by Owen Wilson. Their buddy comedy act is hilarious! There's this scene where Jackie uses martial arts to fight while Owen shoots people with a butterfly net. It's so stupid but so funny at the same time.What I really admire about Jackie Chan is that he does all those insane stunts himself instead of using a double like most actors. He's broken his nose three times, his ankle, most of his fingers, both his feet, and even his skull! Yet he just keeps going and going. Jackie says the reason he does such dangerous stuntsis to entertain his audiences and keep amazing them with greater and greater stunts each time. Well it definitely works on me!I also really respect how Jackie Chan acts with kindness and honor on and off the screen. In his movies, he usually plays heroic good guys who use martial arts to fight injustice without killing anyone. He wants to show kids like me that violence isn't the answer. In real life, Jackie is also super generous and has donated millions to charities, especially for kids. He's definitely a real life superhero!Some of my other favorite Jackie Chan movies are The Young Master, Drunken Master, Mr. Nice Guy, Who Am I?, and The Spy Next Door. But I don't think I could ever get tired of watching any of his films. His martial arts skills are simply unbelievable. The stunts and fight choreography are like areal-life video game. And he's just so funny and entertaining, even when he's not doing anything amazing. I really admire his dedication to making great movies that thrill people.I dream of maybe becoming a stuntman or action movie star myself one day. If I ever do, I'll be sure to follow Jackie Chan's example of working extremely hard, never giving up, bringing humor to everything I do, and most importantly, staying humbleand being a good role model for kids. Jackie Chan is the best movie star ever in my book. I'll never stop being his biggest fan!。
