1.肛提肌：一对宽的扁肌，起自耻骨后面和坐骨棘及张于两者之间 的肛提肌腱弓，向下内，止于会阴中心腱和尾骨等，两侧肛提肌前 份留有三角形的裂隙，称为盆膈裂孔。
Most of pelvic floor is made up of levator ani,and each side of levator ani consists of pubococcygeus ,iliococcygrus and puborectalis from the inside front to the outside back.
Levator ani and coccygeus seal a large part of the lower opening of pelvis which has the function of supporting the organs in pelvic and fix sacrum and coccyx.

广义的会阴：指封闭骨 盆下口的所有软组织。 境界——耻骨联合下缘、 尾骨尖和两侧坐骨结节连成 的菱形区。 分区——以坐骨结节连线 结构——主要为外生殖 将其划分为前方的尿生殖区 器、会阴肌和筋膜 和后方的肛门区。
狭义的会阴：指肛门与 外生殖器之间的软组织。

Broad sence of perineum refers to all of the soft tissues under the pelvic diaphragm and seal the inferior pelvic aperture.It's diamond-shaped and shares the same edge of the inferior pelvic aperture.Which in front of it is the lower edge of the symphysis pubis and the arcuate pubic ligament and both sides of it is pubic arch, ischial tuberosity and sacrotuberous ligament. At the back of it there is apex of coccyx. 广义会阴

淋巴：主要分为外生殖器淋巴与盆腔淋巴两组
1. 外生殖器淋巴
（1）腹股沟浅淋巴结(superficial inguinal lymph node)：1上组沿腹股沟 韧带排列，收纳外生殖器、会阴、阴道下段及肛门部的淋巴；2下组 位于大隐静脉末端周围，收纳会阴及下肢的淋巴 （2） 腹股沟深淋巴结(deep inguinal lymph node)：位于股管内、股静 脉内侧，收纳阴蒂、股静脉区及腹股沟浅淋巴，汇入闭孔、髂内等 淋巴结

（1）圆韧带（round ligament）：有使宫底保持前倾位置 的作用 （2）阔韧带（broad ligament）：子宫动静脉和输尿管均 从阔韧带基底部穿过 1、骨盆漏斗韧带（infundibulopevic ligament），或 称卵巢悬韧带（suspensory ligament of ovary）：卵 巢动静脉由此穿过 2、卵巢固有韧带或卵巢韧带 3、宫旁组织 （3）主韧带（cardinal ligament）：横行于宫颈两侧和骨 盆侧壁之间，又称宫颈横韧带，起固定宫颈位置的作用 （4）宫骶韧带（utero-sacral ligament）：维持子宫处于 前倾位置

An acidophilic, homogeneous, and acellular layer called the zona pellucida appears around the oocyte. The zona pellucida contains three zona proteins (ZPs), i.e. ZP1, ZP2, and ZP3. Filopodia of the follicular cells and microvilli of the oocyte penetrate the zona pellucida. The zona pellucida is formed by the oocyte and the follicular cells.
The secondary oocyte is expelled from the ovary together with the corona radiata, zona pellucida and follicular liquor.
