自动贴标机的设计与分析□陈金鑫黑龙江科技大学机械工程学院150028摘要:对产品进行计数和贴标的工作较为繁杂,若完全由人工完成,则不仅效率低,而且劳动强度大。
对此,基于可编程序控制器设计了自动贴标机。
介绍了这一自动贴标机的结构,对这一自动贴标机进行了静力学分析。
这一自动贴标机具有精度高、成本低、抗干扰能力强、故障率低、操作维护及后期保养简单等特点,具有良好的应用价值。

自动贴标机是以粘合剂把纸或金属箔标签粘贴在规定的包装容器上的设备。
贴标机的作用:可完成平面粘贴,包装物的单面或多面粘贴,柱面粘贴,局部或全部粘贴,凹陷及边角部位粘贴等各种作业贴标机产品的型式分为直线式贴标机和回转式贴标机。
贴标机的功能特点:A、适用范围广:既能实现方瓶/扁瓶(满瓶状态)的侧面(平面)单张贴标/拐角抚标,还能实现圆瓶周向定位单张/双张贴覆功能B、独特的分料机构,确保与生产线联机使用时的可靠、有效分料C、独特的拐角扶标机构确保方瓶三侧面拐角贴标平整、不起皱D、既能单机使用,又能与生产线配合使用中国贴标机的生产发展过程可分为三个阶段:一从20世纪80年代末到1994年为第一阶段。

圆瓶是一个最大直径为Φ30~60mm,高为80~120mm的瓶子,标签宽度为30~50mm,标签长度为601~20mm,贴标速度为60100个/分钟。
直线式不干胶贴标机包括~六大部分:即上料机构,分瓶机构,输送机构,滚贴机构,收标送标机构和下料机构。
本文所设计的直线式圆瓶不干胶贴标机结构比较复杂,动作较多,自动化程度较高,相对较为先进,只要各部分速度相匹配,便可以达到相当好的贴标效果。
同时,如果贴标要求有所调整,收标送标机构和滚贴机构等相关部件会自动选择贴标速度,以达到预期的贴标效果。
经过上面的运动和动力设计后。
对整体机构进行CAD的绘图,完成机构的整体设计最后按照直线式不干胶贴标机的运动特性,对所设计贴标机进行完运动学和动力学设计的基础之上,选择典型传动部件滚贴主传动轴及其轴上部件进行了相关的强度和寿命的计算。
应用COSMOS press以及轴承计算器进行了相关的应力、安全性和轴承寿命的分析。

通过比较每一部分多种实现装置之间的优缺点,选出合适的装置来进行贴标机设计。
本文根据公理化设计公理思想,按最小信息公理进行贴标机设计,对实现同样功能的贴标机,机构应尽可能简单。
因此我们选择双曲柄动梁供送装置、叉形摆杆取标及传送标签装置和滚摩式抚平整理装置作为我们的出发点进行贴标机的设计,随后根据该设计方案存在的优缺点对装置进行改进,形成一个较为合理的机构,真正形成一台结构较为合理可投入生产且具有一定竞争力的贴标机。

We make the functional decomposition according to how does the labelling machine perform. The wholing device can be divided into four parts, including parting paper device, gumming device, parts feeding device and smooth device. Every part is came up with feasible ways as many as possible. The parting paper device includes vacuum drum label delivery device, forked swing label delivery device, frictional label delivery device, rotative label delivery device. Gumming device includes discal gumming device, roller gumming device, throttle control gumming device and pump type gumming device. Parts feeding device includes chained parts feeding device, planet wheel parts feeding device, double crank with moved beam parts feeding device, screw parts feeding device, roller partsfeeding device, putt parts feeding device and cam parts feeding device. Smooth device includes rolling friction smooth device and press contact smooth device. Comparing with each other, the most suitable device would be chose to use in the labelling machine design. The labelling machine is designed according to Axiomatic Design Theory. From the Information Axiom, we know the device with the most minimum information content is the best design if every design has the same function. So we design the labelling machine based on double crank with moved beam parts feeding device,forked swing label delivery device and rolling friction smooth device. Then we analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the design scheme and improve it. 1 绪论1.1 贴标机的简介随着科学技术的不断发展,包装机械也在日新月异地变化着。
在啤酒的瓶装包装贴标机方面,己由原来的单标或双标贴标机发展到现在的多标贴标机,使瓶装啤酒在外观档次上大大提高。
市场对啤酒品质和风味的追求越来越高,啤酒行业对高档次灌装设备也有了迫切的需求。
贴标机械有机架,传动装置系统、标签供给装置系统、贴标对象物(瓶罐包装件)的传送装置系统,涂胶装置,贴标整理装置和检测连锁控制装置等组成。
先仅将主要装置分述如下。
标签供送装置,贴标原理如下:回转式机械转鼓贴标机,其特点是:利用两个机械转鼓进行取标,传送和贴标工作。
带贴标的圆柱身瓶罐类包装件有板链输送机载运供给,经分件供送螺杆传送,分割成要求的等间距而到达回转工作台,此时装在工作台上方的定位压头受凸轮控制下降,加于带贴标瓶罐包装件顶部,使它们在回转工作台上处于确定位置而运行。
粘贴标签由取标转鼓和标签的协调运动实现。
取标转鼓连续回转,胶涂装置在其标版上涂布适量的粘接胶液,当他转到固定的标签盒前部的标签接触时,取标转鼓将粘取最前方的那张标签,作回转传送,当转到由夹子的贴标转鼓相接处时,夹子将标签从取标转鼓上夹走,夹子受凸轮控制而夹上标签作回转运动,当与回转工作台上再运来的待贴标瓶罐装件表面相接触时,夹子抬起,松开夹持,标签被粘贴到瓶罐表面上。
之后,在回转工作台作回转工作时,定位器在凸轮控制下作自传性运动。
转到某一个角度,以便接受刷子和海绵滚轮的磨砺,使标签贴牢实整齐。
完成贴标的瓶罐包装件由星型拨轮自回转工作台拨送到板链输送机上排出。
标签传送装置,标签传送装置是自动贴标机的重要组成部分,其功能是与供标装置和涂胶装置等配合,自动表盒采取标签并进行传送,且完成有关涂胶工作,最后把标签粘贴到待贴标对象。
涂胶装置,涂胶装置多种多样,常用的由圆盘式涂胶装置、辊式涂胶装置、滚子式涂胶装置等。
贴标整理装置,标签由取标装置粘取传递给贴标转鼓作传送,传送中接受涂胶,最后转移粘贴到包装件上。

西林瓶是一个最大直径为Φ20mm,高为40mm的瓶子。
要求贴标速度为100瓶/分钟。
贴标机的主要工作部件有输送机构,拨瓶机构,吸标机构,取标送标机构等。
此外,还设计有上胶水机构,胶水盒,带轮,真空吸管的调整定位机构等,在上面所有机构的配合作用下,加上一定的动力,是可以可靠地完成贴标工作的。
按照贴标机的运动特性,此贴标机设计了两个动力。
一个是单独给上料机构提供的,一个是专门给贴标机的工作机提供动力的。
对工作机分别进行了输送机构的动力设计拨盘机构的动力设计,吸标机构的动力设计和取标送标机构的动力设计。
最好同过几个动力的和,并考虑其他效率因素,选定合适的电机。
在这动力下是可以满足动力要求的。
经过上面的运动和动力设计后,对整体机构进行Pro/E的实体造型,完成机构的整体设计。
最后,本论文还对拨瓶轮轴分别使用传统的和现代的方法进行了强度的校核计算。

瓶装产品自动贴标机的设计摘要当今社会,科学技术迅猛地发展,机械化设备生产行业逐渐取替了手工业,各种式样的贴标机械也应运而生,而本文就对贴标机进行了相关的研究和设计。
本文设计的是一种直线式的而且能够自动对瓶身完成贴标的一种装置,该贴标机主要由传动装置、分瓶装置、压瓶装置、供标装置、贴标装置组成,主要针对的贴标对象是不同规格的瓶身无弧度或有较小弧度的方形瓶,使用的是不干胶标签。
本文的主要内容包括对贴标机械工作原理的研究分析、各重要组成系统的设计过程以及对各部分零部件的设计与校核等。
首先对自动贴标机的发展现状及原理进行深入地分析和研究,明确贴标设备各装置的运动规律及零件组成,提出切实可行的设计方案,绘制出原理图;其次,对设计方案进行完善,确定最终方案,并初略估算出各部分装置的大体尺寸;然后,对各零部件的参数进行计算和校核;最后,利用软件建立模型并绘制出装配图及部分零件图。
该直线式贴标机的特点是能够自动连续完成传送瓶子、供送标纸、粘贴标签、抚平标签等动作,用户可在简单地指导下快速学会贴标机的操作。

The labeling machine is mainly composed of bottle driving device , bottle pressing device, labels providing device and labeling device, mainly for different specifications of the square bottles with no arc or small arc, using self-adhesive labels.The main content of this paper includes the research and analysis of the operation principle of the labeling machine, the design process of the important components of the system and the design and check of the parts. Firstly, according to the present status of development and the operational principle of the automatic labeling machine, the paper carries on analysis deeply and researches, clearly knows the law of motion and the parts of labeling equipment, puts forward to the feasible design scheme, draws out the schematics diagram; secondly, improve the design of the final plan, and estimate the overall sizes of each part of the device . Thirdly, calculate and check the parameters of the parts. Finally, use software to establish models and draw the assembly drawing and parts drawings.The straight line type labeling machine is characterized in that it can delivery bottles automatically and continuously and feed the standard paper, transfer labels, paste labels, smooth labels and so on. 随着科学技术的不断发展,包装机械也在日新月异地变化着。
在啤酒的瓶装包装贴标机方面,己由原来的单标或双标贴标机发展到现在的多标贴标机,使瓶装啤酒在外观档次上大大提高。
市场对啤酒品质和风味的追求越来越高,啤酒行业对高档次贴标设备也有了迫切的需求。
我认为,如果单靠引进进口贴标机,那也是人家换代或落后的产品,而且完全进口贴标机对任何一个国内啤酒企业也是不现实的。
鉴于此,我通过网上查阅一些资料对国内外贴标机在功能、性能、价格、质量等多方面对比考察,设计了这样一台贴标机。
1.1.2本课题应解决的问题在本机的设计过程中,尽量减少机器的专用性,增加其通用性[1],也是我们的一个设计原则和目标。
换而言之,就是使本机在生产过程中不仅能够适应有共同点的各种瓶型的贴标,同时也要使本机能够适应有共同点的各种不同规格,但具有相似形状的瓶型容器。
回转式自动贴标机的甩胶问题一直没有得到有效的解决,据我查阅有关资料发现应该是标站的凸轮曲线设计的直径变化率太大,不够平缓,需要从新设计凸轮曲线。
还有表盒上面的标钩容易出现勾破标纸的情况,原因是标钩不是一个标准的弧面,需要重新设计标钩。
贴标机简史1.2.1本课题在国内的发展概况中国啤酒年产量从不足300万千升迅猛发展到今天的年产量3,万千升,经历了大约20年时间,而中国贴标机的发展过程与啤酒生产一样,也只有20年左右的时间,我认为,中国贴标机的生产发展过程可分为三个阶段:一、从20世纪80年代末到1994年为第一阶段。
这个阶段主要是引进、仿制国外已淘汰的功能不全的贴标机。
当时几个贴标机生产厂家只能生产贴二标(颈、身标)的贴标机,一种是型号为12-8-6回转式贴标机,一种是型号为15-4-6回转式贴标机。
大约有近200台的型号为15-4-6(生产能力24,000瓶/时)贴标机和200多台的型号为12-8-6(生产能力12,000瓶/时)贴标机装备在国内各啤酒厂的灌装生产线上运行,而大部分灌装生产线上的贴标机都是进口产品。
这一时期,啤酒包装只需贴二标,这些国产机器基本上还可以满足要求。
由于国产设备在功能、性能、外观和贴标质量方面与进口设备相比差距太悬殊,对进口设备不可能产生任何威胁。
因此、大家处于相安无事状态。
这个时期进口贴标机在中国市场上占主导地位,绝大部分啤酒厂家还是选择进口贴标机。
二、从1995年至2001年为第二阶段。
这个阶段是中国贴标机生产的提升阶段。
一是贴标速度的提升,从24,000瓶/时提升到33,000瓶/时,二是贴标功能的提升,从贴二标(颈、身标)提升到贴四标,即同时可贴头、颈、身、背标。
从1995年开始,国内各啤酒生产厂家为了提高产品装潢档次,提出在啤酒瓶上贴头标和背标。
为了适应这一发展趋势,各贴标机生产企业一方面研究在原二标机上增设贴头标和背标的功能,另一方面也积极研发四标贴标机。
1995年,“青岛机床厂”率先推出了18-8-6(生产能力26,000瓶/时)三标贴标机,可贴颈、身、背标,无贴头标功能。
这一机型是当时国内生产的最大型号的贴标机。
我认为,这一款贴标机的问世应该是一个里程碑。
但是,由于这些产品均属于试生产阶段,耐用度和稳定性仍有待于提高,加上用户长期以来对国产设备持有怀疑态度,还是普遍认为进口的贴标机比国产的要好,所以,在国内市场进口贴标机仍占主导地位。
