Hello everyone! My name is Tim and today I want to write

about Unit 8 in our English textbook. This unit is all about sports

and exercise, which is really fun!

In this unit, we learned about different sports like basketball,

soccer, and volleyball. I really like playing basketball because I

can shoot hoops and dribble the ball. My friends and I often play

basketball during recess and sometimes we even have a mini

tournament.

We also learned about exercise and the importance of

staying healthy. Exercise is good for our bodies and helps us stay

strong and fit. Some exercises we learned about include jogging,

jumping jacks, and push-ups. I like to do jumping jacks because

it makes me feel energetic and happy.

Another thing we learned in this unit is about the Olympics.
