The high performance of the IC meets the requirements of digital sources (e.g. Compact Disc equipment). The circuit is totally protected, the two output transistors both having thermal and SOAR protection (see Fig.3). Wave soldering is often preferred whenthrough-hole and surface mounted components are mixed on one printed-circuit board. However, wave soldering is not always suitable for surface mounted ICs, or for printed-circuits with high population densities. In these situations reflow soldering is often used.This text gives a very brief insight to a complex technology.A more in-depth account of soldering ICs can be found in our “IC Package Databook” (order code 939865290011).Soldering by dipping or by waveThe maximum permissible temperature of the solder is 260°C; solder at this temperature must not be in contact with the joint for more than 5seconds. The total contact time of successive solder waves must not exceed 5seconds.The device may be mounted up to the seating plane, but the temperature of the plastic body must not exceed the specified maximum storage temperature (T stg max ). If the printed-circuit board has been pre-heated, forced cooling may be necessary immediately after soldering to keep the temperature within the permissible limit.Repairing soldered jointsApply a low voltage soldering iron (less than 24V) to the lead(s) of the package, below the seating plane or not more than 2mm above it. If the temperature of the soldering iron bit is less than 300°C it may remain in contact for up to 10seconds. The risk of this damage is caused when the LED lens plastic encapsulation material is exposed to increases or decreases in the Relative Humidity of the surrounding environment.Such damage may include delamination between the die and the LED lens plastic encapsulation material, which may result in open connections due to broden wire bonds. Moisture in the package having reached acritical level will fracture the package in order to escape when exposed to peak temperature conditions,typical in soldering process.Therefore, the control of moisture levels in the LED package is critical to reduce the risk of moisture-induced failures. Please follow JEDEC-STD-033A standards for handling moisture sensitive divices.2.Packaging SMD DevicesUnity packages all SMD devices into dry pack bags (moisture barrier bags).Unity includes a desiccant pouch in each bag. Testing confirms that the desiccant pouch greatly reduces the presence of moisture by maintaining the environment in the bag, thus protecting the devices during shipment and storage.3.Handling Dry Packed PartsUpon receipt, the bags should be inspected for damage to ensure that the bag's integrity has been maintained.Inspection should verify that there are no holes, gouges, tears, or punctures of any kind that may expose the contents of the bag.To open the bag, simply cut across the top of the bag as close to the original seal as possible being careful not to damage the contents. 155H学习资料-----硬件部分1.155/622H是华为公司生产的集成式光网络设备,全称为Optix 155/622H(Metro1000)注:155/622H中为什么有622呢,主要原因是该设备最高支持622M的光板。
Metro1000中的Metro是指该设备支持以太网业务。
2.155/622H设备有两种电源模块,位置在设备的最右边(在后面看,以后如果不标注前后的话,都为后面位置),主要有-48V和+24V两种,在-48V设备中有部分在电源模块处标识-48V,有部分不标识,如果碰到没标识的设备,都是-48V的设备;+24V的设备都有标识。
3.155/622H设备的开关在电源模块的上部,标有ON/OFF,注意如果此站开通业务请注意不要乱动开关,以免业务中断。
4.155/622H设备总有两路供电接口,上面的为第一路,下面的第2路,但考虑每个机房只有一路供电系统,一般只提供一路。
5.在每一个供电模块供电接口处都标有一些标识,其中PGND表示为保护地(保护地线一般都是黄绿相间或黄色的线),BGND表示为工作地(工作地一般都是黑色,如果为-48V 设备则为+,如果为+24V设备则为-),-48V表示接空开或保险丝的那根线(一般都是用蓝色表示),+24V表示接空开或保险丝的那根线(一般都是用红色表示)。
6.在电源模块的右边有一个小把手的地方是过滤网的地方,一般按要求一个月或两个月拿出来清洗一下,请注意保持清洁。
清洁方法为把过滤网拔出后用清水洗净,晾干后重新插入即可。
7.在一般情况下,-48V电可供给华为的所有155/622H设备(即可供给-48V和+24V使用),但此种情况只允许在应急情况下使用,平时不得混用。
并且+24V的电源模块可安放在-48V设备上,同样-48V电源模块也可放置在+24V设备上(可以互换)。

TDA1514功放板(40W)放大器(一)电路特点:TDA1514是飞利浦公司专为适应数码音响对功放的高保真要求而设计的音响专用电路,为9脚单声道功放集成电路,采用单列封装结构。
由于采用了先进的集成技术,TDA1514具有输出功率大,失真小,频响宽,性能可靠稳定等显著特点。
TDA1514内部设有过热保护,具有开关机噪音抑制功能,静噪时间由外部电路决定。
采用TDA1514做成的功放板可达到以下性能:输入灵敏度800mV;当负载为8Ω时,输出功率可达40W(工作电压为±27V),当负载为4Ω时,输出功率可达50W(工作电压为±23V);整机的频响15-25KHz,谐波失真小于0.003%;信噪比大于80dB。

220P电容是高频旁路电容,滤掉前级电路混进的高频干扰;2脚是放大器的过流保护调整脚,接一470K电阻的作用是在电路过流保护作用不失效的前提下,使电路的动态范围进一步加大;3脚是开机时间延时调整脚,330K的电阻和10UF的电解电容组成延时电路,改变10UF电解电容的大小就可调整延时时间的长短;4脚负电源的输入端;5脚功率输出端;其中的3.3Ω电阻和104电容组成补偿电路,改善放大器的音质;6脚为正电源的输入端;7脚为自举电容的连接脚,为了保证放大器的高保真音质,本电路没有采用自举电路,直接将7脚与电源的正极相连;8脚为集成电路的接地端;9脚为放大器的反相输入端,其中的22K电阻与1K电阻比值决定整个放大电路的增益,增益不能选得过大,否则容易引入噪音,22UF电解电容为交流旁路电容,稳定放大器的中点电位。
