I. III. Party B must pay all the Down Payment within the stipulated time limit.四、如乙方未按协议规定的时间还款，自本协议规定的应还款期限之第二天起至实际全额付清之日止，甲方有权按应还未还金额的日千分之一向乙方收取违约金直至还清之日。

IV. If Party B fails to pay the DownPayment at the stipulated time of this agreement, Party A shall have the right to charge the liquidated damages to Party B for the 1/1000 of unpaid amount per day, fromthe second days after the stipulated date of this Agreement shall be paid until paid in full.五、除非乙方未按本协议约定支付购房款，甲方不得将该房屋售于任何第三方。

V. Unless otherwise Party B fail to pay the payment stipulated in this Agreement, Party A shall not sell the house to any third party.六、甲、乙双方一致同意，乙方支付首付款金额以甲方收款银行收款记录或收款凭证为准。

VI. Party A and Party B mutually agree, the installment payment amount pay by Party B shall be in accordance with the bank account record of the Party A receiving account or certificate of receipts.七、乙方在如未按本协议实际还清所有购房款前，甲方有权拒绝为乙方办理交房手续。

乙方如逾期付款而产生违约金时，乙方应当连逾期支付的首付款违约金一并付清。

VII. Before Party B to actually pay the total house purchase price according to this Agreement, Party A shall have the right to refuse to process the handover procedure to the Party B. If Party B fails tomake the installment payment in due time and cause liquidated damages, Party B shall pay the overdue payment along with the liquidated damages at once.八、协议期内，乙方不得随意更变业主身份，不得退房、不得改变房屋结构和格局、不得出租房屋、不得设置他项权利，并不得单方面终止本协议及与本协议相关合同及补充协议。

VIII. During the term of this agreement, Party B shall not change the identity of the owner at will, shall not cancel the purchase, shall not unilaterally terminate this Agreement and the related contract and/or supplementary agreement of this Agreement.九、乙方若不能按期和足额的支付所有购房款，除违约金加收计取外，乙方不得要求甲方按期交付所购房屋，也不得要求甲方承担〈〈商品房买卖合同》中约定的甲方逾期交房的一切违约责任。

IX. If Party B fails to timely and full paying the total house purchase price to Party A, beside the penalty shall be surcharge, Party B shall not require Party A timely delivery of purchased housing, also shall not require Party A to bear any liability of overdue handover stipulated in the "Commodity housing sales contracts".十、乙方逾期支付超过30日的，除按本协议第四条约定支付违约金外，逾期超过90日时，视为乙方违反本协议并同意甲方单方解除协议，甲方有权解除协议，乙方已付首期款将被视为该房屋定金，甲方可依法罚没违约方之定金。

X. Party B fail to pay the installment more than 30 days, beside to pay liquidated damages in accordance with Article IV of this agreement, if the delay payment is more than 90 days, Party B shallbe deemas breach of this Agreement and unilaterally terminate this Agreement,Party A has right to terminate this Agreement, all payment paid by the Party B shall be consider as the security deposit of the house purchasing, Party A shall has the right to confiscate the deposit according laws.十一、甲、乙双方均对本协议内容负有保密义务，不得向无关的第三方泄露，否则应当赔偿因此对方造成的损失。
