二、经济合同的种类经济合同种类繁多,可以从不同的角度去进行划分。
1.按业务性质划分有购销(包括供应、采购、购销结合、协作、调剂等)、建设工程承包、加工承揽、货物运输、供用电、仓储保管、财产租赁、借贷、财产保险、科技协作等10种合同。
2.按有效期限划分有长期经济合同(有效期限在一年以上)和短期经济合同(有效期限不足一年)。
3.按经济合同与国家计划的关系划分有指令性计划的经济合同、指导性计划的经济合同和非计划性经济合同。
4.按合同的标的划分有转移财产的经济合同和提供劳务的经济合同。
5.按合同当事人的国际关系划分有国内经济合同和涉外经济合同。
三、经济合同的结构和写法经济合同的书写形式有两种:一是条文式,二是表格式。
除特殊外,一般用工商行政管理机关监制的合同纸。
不论采用何种形式,合同的结构都应该包括以下四个部分:(一)标题经济合同的标题,应明确标出合同的性质。
如购销合同、预购合同、供应合同等。
(二)签约双方名称在正文之前写明签订合同的双方当事人的名称(要使用全称),然后用括号分称甲方、乙方或买方、卖方。

2、凭证式条据的种类和格式。
凭证式条据种类颇多,但格式上比较统一,只要根据不同内容变换字句就行了。
(1)借条。
借到个人或公家的现金、财物时写给对方的条子,就是借条。
钱物归还后,把条子收回作废或撕毁。
其格式是:借条今借到星火中学凳子叁拾条,作为表彰大会用,会后立即归还。
此据江湾居委会(公章)经手人:李四(签章)年月日(2)欠条。
借了个人或公家的钱物,归还了一部分,还有部分拖欠,对所欠部分所打的条子,叫欠条。
其格式是:欠条原借张三同志人民币伍佰元整,已还叁佰元整,尚欠两佰元,壹个月后还清。
此据黄花菜(签章)年月日(3)收条。
在收到别人或单位的钱款、财物时写给对方的条子,就是收条或收据。
其格式是:收条今收到___公司宣传科学习文件《党员必读》伍拾零本。
__批发部张三年月日(4)领条。
向单位领取钱物时,写给负责发放人留取的条子,称领条。
其格式是:领条今领到厂部福利科发给三车间的保温桶壹个,保温杯伍拾个,手套伍拾双。

高教版中职语文(基础模块)上册写作《应用文书信》应用文写作(1):书信写作应用文写作是2005 年大纲修订之后出现的新题型,与以往的考试大纲相比较,修订后的新大纲在写作部分做了很大的调整,其主要变化为:写作部分在短文写作的基础上新增加了一篇100 字左右的应用文,使写作部分由一篇变成了两篇。
新增的应用文包括书信(letter)、备忘录(memo)和报告(report)等。
命题采用为考生提供规定情景的方法,这一部分共10 分。
在英语写作中, 应用文体包含的内容比较广泛,如:私人书信、公务信函、备忘录、摘要等。
从应试角度,我们可以宏观地将其分为书信类应用文和告示类应用文。
书信写作1. 英文书信的种类和用途书信根据读者对象的不同,主要分为两大类,一类是写给亲朋好友的,称之为私人信函(Personal Letters);另一类是写给团体、政府机关和商业机构的信函,称之为公务信函(Business Letters);就其用途而言,书信可分为求职信、咨询信、感谢信、投诉信、建议信、邀请信、推荐信等。
2. 书信类应用文书信是人们日常写作生活中交流思想的一个重要工具。
英语书信与一般作文的写法不同,有自己的独特的语言及文体格式。
英文书信的公务信函的结构格式大致相同,但在措辞、时态、语言的正式程度方面有很大差异。
了解英语书信的书写要求,写好英语书信考生应该具有的基本写作能力之一。
3. 英文书信的写作格式1)缩进式每段的开头向右缩进2个字符,与写汉语文章类似。
这时,段与段之间可以加一个空行,也可以不加空行。
2)齐头式每段的开头不向右缩进,但段与段之间用一个空行分开。
由于每段的第一行不向右缩进,从左边看是齐头的,所以也称为齐头式。
