注备工作：
1、电钻：安装时需要打孔；
2、扳手及螺丝刀；
3、安装广告机最好是有从事电工经验者及安装类似产品者。

安装前检查下广告机的配件是否齐全，先将壁挂广告机接上电源线，通上电源查看机器是否完好，查看广告机是否正常工作，然后就可以动手安装了，分6个步骤；
1. 打开包装, 取出广告机, 平放于桌面或者其它安全位置.；
2. 拿出钥匙, 打开广告机下面的挡板；
3. 用工具拧掉打开的挡板下的螺丝, 置于一边.，取下背面的壁挂；
4. 用电钻在墙面上打孔，打好后用螺丝刀把壁挂固定于墙壁；
5. 将壁挂广告机固定在壁挂板上；
6. 拧紧之前取下的螺丝, 锁上挡板插上电源即可！。

温馨提示：安装壁挂广告机过程需小心谨慎，搬动整机时应要轻拿轻放，并应准备铺垫物，显示屏面须正面朝上, 防止划伤显示屏。

广告机播放图片或者视频的比例不对？
在我们销售的过程中，经常会有一些客户问这样的问题，竖屏的广告机播放图片或者视频会不会变形或者上下黑屏。

其实这个问题在竖屏广告机中，只要视频或者图片是横式的，那么这个问题就是普遍存在。

要是竖屏的广告机，不管是壁挂广告机竖式款还是落地广告机，横式的图片或者视频放在机器里面总会有上下黑屏或者铺满全屏后就严重变形的问题。

这个问题就关系到图片和视频的长宽比例。

举个例子，大家就会很容易理解。

一个横式的图片或者视频，在我们手机上横着看的时候就是完全OK，但是当我们竖着拿着手机的时候，就会上下黑屏，不信的话，各位可以现在试下。

这是因为目前主流的图片或者视频都是长宽比是16：9，也就是说长是16，宽是9，那当然在16：9的显示屏是就是完全OK;但是当换成竖屏的时候，显示屏的尺寸就变成了宽是9，长是16，在长宽比不同的情况下，就会出现上面的情况。

那么如果打算选用竖屏的广告机的话，如何解决播放比例不对这个问题呢？有两种方法：
1. 重新做视频或者图片，让长宽比变为9：16，来符合显示屏的尺寸；
2. 选用我司的分屏软件，将液晶屏区域分为一个视频区域，多个图片区域，这样就可以使用之前的横式的图片或者视频。

However, tiny spots on the screen that are always or never lit may be observed, or when observed from side, the color may and brightness may appear to be uneven.
