Okay, let's start. The first thing to look at in an

English composition is the grammar. Are there any obvious

mistakes? If there are, point them out and explain how to

fix them. Then look at the vocabulary. Is it rich and

appropriate? Does the writer use a variety of words or rely

on the same ones over and over? Talk about that. Another

aspect is the structure. Does the composition have a clear

beginning, middle, and end? Is it organized logically?

Mention these things. Also, check the spelling. Any

misspelled words? Flag them. And don't forget about the

style. Is it too formal or too casual? Is it engaging and

interesting? Comment on that. And that's a quick way to

review an English composition.

Now, another thing to consider is the clarity of the

ideas. Does the writer express the ideas clearly or are

they confusing? If it's the latter, suggest ways to make it

more understandable. And what about the length? Is it too

long or too short for the topic? Say something about that. The use of punctuation is also important. Are commas and

full stops used correctly? Look into that. And sometimes,

the tone of the writing matters. Is it positive, negative,

or neutral? Discuss how that affects the overall feel of

the composition. And that's another aspect to think about

when evaluating an English composition.

One more thing. Look at the examples or evidence the

writer provides. Are they relevant and strong enough to

support the main points? If not, suggest better ones. And

how about the creativity? Does the composition show any

original thinking or is it just plain and ordinary? Talk

about that. Also, consider the flow of the words. Does it

read smoothly or are there awkward phrases or sentences?

Point those out. And finally, give some overall feedback.

What are the strengths of the composition and what areas

need improvement? And that's a general way to assess an

English composition.
