主要由以下几个部分组成:1、秤盘秤盘多为金属材料制成,安装在天平的传感器上,是天平进行称量的承受装置。

它具有一定的几何外形和厚度,以圆形和方形的居多。

2、传感器传感器是的关键部件之一,由外壳、磁钢、极靴和线圈等组成,装在秤盘的下方。

称重传感器的灵敏度（线圈一金属导体系统）就是一种基于电涡流效应原理的传感器。

称重传感器电涡流的大小与金属导体的电阻率p、导磁率产、厚度t以及线圈与金属之间的距离x、线圈的激磁电流角频率、等参数有关。

称重传感器若保持其中若干参数恒定，就能按电涡流大小对线圈的作用的差异来测量另外某一参数。

电涡流称重传感器结构简单、频率响应宽、灵敏度高、抗干扰本领强、测量线性范围大，而且又具有非接触测量的优点，因此ZR—ZO氧化锆氧量分析仪分析广泛应用于工业生产和科学讨论的各个领域。

电涡流称重传感器可以测量位移、振动、厚度、转速、温度等参数，并且还可以进行无损探伤和制作接近开。

称重传感器的灵敏度紧要有两种类型:高频反射式和低频透射式，其中高频反射式称重传感器应用较为广泛。

德国balluff巴鲁夫压力传感器两线制比较简单，一般客户都知道怎么接线，一根线连接电源正极，另一个线也就是信号线经过仪器连接到电源负极，这种是简单的，压力传感器三线制是在两线制基础上加了一个线，这根线直接连接到电源的负极，较两线制麻烦一点。

四线制压力传感器确定是两个电源输入端，另外两个是信号输出端。

四线制的多半是电压输出而不是4～20mA输出，4～20mA 的叫压力变送器，多数做成两线制的。
