Whether consumers are satisfied with the product or service is the key to evaluate a corporation. Therefore, according to the ethics statement of DRC, they pay more attention on customer service and put customer satisfaction on the first priority.Second, they not only consider about the customer, but also focus on their suppliers. The relationship between companies and suppliers is also very important. To keep fair, just and objective attitude can lay a solid foundation for the sustainable cooperation between them.Third, Dynamics Research Corporation also treats their employees fairly.
