Upon the issue of the Taking-Over Certificate for the Works, the Contractor

The Engineer shall, within 28 days after receiving the draft Final Account and

all supporting documents, issue to the Employer a Final Payment Certificate

stating the amount which the Engineer frly determines to be due to the

Contractor.

一、合同概述

1. Definitions

In this contract, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words

have the following meanings:
