With the development of economy and society，plastic materials are used widely,it provides us convenience，but it does bring us some trouble.
People have gradually realize the importance of proper use of it.Plastic can make soil pollution、water pollution 、agricultural pollution,which can also make some animals lose their lives.
Recently a dead whale was washed ashore on the coast of Italy for mistakenly eating too much plastic material.As time goes by,this problem has become more and more serious.Plastic pollution make people”s living environment threatened ,so we consider solving it.Some believe that technology can solve this problem ，others hold the belief that laws should be come up with to regulate people” s usage of plastic materials.
Personally,laws and regulations can make a great help to control this situation.It can tell us the harmness for which can not disappear by natural ws can make people attach greater importance to the proper use of plastic.It can also limit plastic usage to ease this ws can also help educate people how to use plastic . Technology may help make less pollution,but it needs a long time to achieve.All in all,laws on plastic pollution must be proposed and enforced at once,and we believe that our Earth will get clean.
