一、教学内容

PEP Book3 Unit4 My Home Let's learn & let's do

二、教材分析

本课是PEP教材四年级上册第四单元的第一课时,包括A部分Let’s learn.

Let’s do. 同时把C部分Let’s sing.也提到本节课,让学生提前熟悉歌曲。(寻找bedroom的视频)。本节课的主要内容有让学生学习和掌握五个单词:study ,living ,room , bedroom , bothroom, kitchen.句型:This is my home. You can

see a bedroom……

对于Let’s do 部分的内容要求学生能听录音做动作。

三、学情分析

本课的教学对象是学过一年英语的四年级学生。学生具有以下特点:

(一)学生天真活泼好动。(因此在本课中我设计了很好学生动起来的活动)

(二)学生具有很强的模仿能力和求知欲望,而且富有一定的逻辑思维能力,对英语的喜欢已初步体现出个性。

(三)本册教材要求学生写单词,在平时的教学中,我发现单词的记忆很难,这就要求我们在上课中注意渗透单词的拼读规律,虽然本节课的单词不要学生写,但从拼读规律这一点出发是非常有必要的。

(四)学生容易出现发音不到位或不准确的情况,在上课中多注意读起来有困难的同学。

(五)学生以前学过的知识,同时在本课容易体现的知识有:

1.学生在第一单元学习过关于classroom的单词

2.学生在三年级的时候就学做:This is …. I can see ….,但You can see …未提到过。

3.学生在第二单元学习了各种不同类型的书及数字,本单元将要学习study这个词与书有联系。

四、课标分析

义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是:通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合素养。在本节课中,通过介绍自己家来实现综合语言运用能力,再通过出租房屋来提升在生活中的实际语言运用能力。通过情感教育,最终使学生热爱自己的家,从而实现情感教育,进而提高学生的人文素养。

五、教学目标

1. 知识目标:

100%学生能够听,说,认读 living room,study,bedroom,kitchen,bathroom。80%学生通过探究,掌握读音规律,并能在模拟的生活环境中相互交流。

2. 能力目标:

(1) 100%学生能够简单描述自己的家,结合学过的语言描述各个房间的名称、特征等。

(2) 90%学生能够听懂并能发出一些指令,如:Go to the living room, watch

TV/...

3. 情感、策略、文化等有关目标: (1) 情感目标:培养学生对家的热爱,鼓励学生大胆设想自己未来的家居。

(2) 文化目标:了解西方国家房屋结构及各部分的名称。

六、教学重、难点

重点:让学生在语言复习巩固、学习和活动中听、说、认、读生词。

难点:正确掌握单词 bathroom,kitchen 的发音。

七、教学过程

Step1、Warm-up

1. Greeting.

Listen to the music At Home.

设计意图:迪士尼英语儿歌,有动画,对于四年级的孩子来说,特别喜欢看,同时At Home.这首歌和本节课息息相关,我们每个人都应该记住It’s good

to be at home.听歌的同时对学生进行情感教育。再者通过这首歌轻轻松松地把学生带入课堂。

2.Free talk

T: We are a big family .The classroom is our home. Do you like our

classroom?

Ss: Yes.

T: Let’s talk about our classroom. What’s in the classroom?

Ss: A board, a computer, lights, windows…

T: What colour is it?

Ss: It’s …

设计意图:通过这个环节,第一,复习前面几节课学过的内容,让学生实现新旧知识的连接,做到知识的滚动。第二:给学生创造话题让学生去运用语言。

3. T: Our classroom is big and clean, I like it too. So we are friends.

Boys and girls. Do you want to have a look? Do you want to go with me?

Ss: Yes.

学生伴随轻音乐,欣赏老师的家,聆听老师的介绍。

(Welcome to my home. Look, this is my living room. I can watch TV

in the living room. Look, this is my study. There are many books in

it. I can read a book. Look, this is my bathroom. I can take a shower

in the bathroom. Look, this is my kitchen. I can have a snack in the

kitchen. Look, this is my bedroom. I can have a sleep in the bedroom.

设计意图:通过这个环节让学生聆听英语的美,同时通过听,让学生初步的了解这节课的内容。

Step2、Presentation

1.CAI shows the picture of the house.

(1)T: This is my house. Is it beautiful? There are five rooms there.

Zoom has a nice room too. Let’s have a look.

(2)T: Look at this picture. What can you see?

Ss: I can see a window. T: You can see a window.

What room can you see?

Ss: 书房。

T: Study.(teach the word with the picture. together—individual)

CAI shows study.

T: Look, It’s a...(Ss complete.) What can you do in the study?

S: I can read a book.

T: Do you like books? Do you want to read a book?

S: Yes.

T: Let’s go. Go to the study, go to the study, read a book, read a

book.(Do the actions)

设计意图:在此环节中,通过出示图片,让学生回答I can see…,老师说You

can see…,让学生明白新句型You can see…,同时抓住一切可能的机会,让学生开口说,哪怕是一个单词,一个句子,都是好的开始,都是孩子的进步。

(3)T: Is it a study?

Ss: No.

T: Bathroom. (Teach the word with the picture. together—individual)

CAI shows the bathroom.

T: Look, It’s a.... (Ss complete.) What can you do in the bathroom?

S: I can take a shower.

T: Do you want to take a shower?

S: Yes.

T: Let’s go. Go to the bathroom, go to the bathroom, take a shower,

设计意图:运用夸张的肢体语言,吸引学生的注意力,同时让学生做一做,学生在笑声中学会了这个单词。这也许就是寓教于乐吧。

(4) Where is Zoom? It’s on the sofa.

T: What’s this?

Ss: It’s a TV.

T: Which room?

Ss: Living room.(teach the word with the picture. together—individual)

Ss: We can watch TV.

(5)T: What’s this?

S: A bed. T: Which room has a bed?

T: Here is a nice song. Let’s listen.

T: (Ss complete.)What can you do in the bedroom?

S: I can have a sleep.

T: Do you want to have a sleep?

设计意图:一首歌曲bedroom学生聆听了纯正的英语,同时也由此引出了短语have a sleep。
