Monday June 1st sunny
T oday Doctor Li came to our school and gave us a speech on health.I learned from
it.First I think enough sleep is very important.As teenagers,we need more than 8 hours’
sleep every night.So,we shouldn’t go to bed too late.Then I think it is necessary for us to
do exercises every day.And we should eat more fruits and vegetables instead of junk
food.Finally we must wash our hands and brush our teeth.If we do like this,we can keep
ourselves healthy and we can do better in our study and work.
4. 保护环境
The earth is our home,but it’s getting dirtier and dirtier.Everybody should do
something to save the earth.As students,we need do some little things.For example,we
should turn off the lights before we leave the classrooms,try to ride our bikes to school
instead of going by bus or by car.try not to throw rubbish everywhere,recycle waste paper
and bottles or use them again,bring a shopping basket instead of plastic bags,try to save
water and electricity(电 , and call on young people to plant more trees in our towns so
that the environment can become better than before.If everyone gives a hand to save our
environment,our world will become better and better.
5. 难忘的人
The person I’ll never forget for ever is my English teacher.He’s a tall man with thick
glasses.He likes sports and often plays football and basketball with us.He’s humorous and
always makes his classes lively and interesting.He’s kind but he is strict with us.He never
allows us to pretend that we know what we don’t know .He often tells us that it’s no use
memorizing new words without understanding.Now ,thanks to him,my English has
greatly improved.

Attention,please.T omorrow is Saturday.We’re going to hike on our field trip.We’re
going to hike to the top of the mountain.Please wear strong shoes and bring some food
