在相同的室内、室外参数的条件下,总热、湿负荷分别由室内风机盘管和新风机组共同承担,但是室内风机盘管和新风机组所承担的负荷(包括热负荷和湿负荷)的大小,因负荷分配上存在着不同的形式,所以其承担负荷的大小是可以变化的。
并且室内风机盘管和新风机组承担负荷的大小决定了其设备的大小,所以如何将总冷负荷分配给室内风机盘管和新风机组,其负荷计算就显得非常重要,否则将给设计选型带来困难,最终使设计方案达不到最满意的效果。
下面作者就其负荷分配形式和设备选型中的几个问题进行分析。
1 风机盘管加独立新风系统的机组冷负荷组成风机盘管加独立新风系统的机组总冷负荷等于室内负荷、新风负荷、再加热负荷之和,并由室内风机盘管和新风机组共同承担;其相互关系如图1所示。
从下面的几种焓湿图的分析中可以看出,风机盘管加独立新风系统中的各参数,只有室外设计参数W 、室内设计参数N 、新风量G w 是确定值,而室内热湿比线ε、机器露点L 1、L ′1、L 2、L ′2等,将随着风机盘管和新风机组承担负荷的不同,以及回风量的大小的变化而位置发生改变。
如果以室内热湿比线ε确定室内送风状态点,将会出现因风机盘管、新风机组承担负荷的变化而使室内热湿比线ε难以确定的矛盾。
所以作者拟采用先确定新风机组的负荷,再确定热湿比线ε的方法绘制空调过程的焓湿图。

前表冷器主要是负责处理新风的。

后表冷器主要是负责处理新风+回风的。
所以:偏大估算:冷量=风量*5
但是因为转轮除湿机的很大一部分(约60%)的再生热量在除湿过程转换为被处理空气的冷负荷,所以要加上这一部分冷负荷。
