3.2 工资支付标准：乙方的具体工资支付标准见附件一《工资支付标准表》。

3.3 福利待遇：甲方将向乙方提供社会保险、住房公积金、年终奖金、节假日福利等福利待遇。

四、保密条款4.1 乙方应当保守甲方的商业秘密和其他机密信息，不得泄露给他人。

4.2 乙方应当在离开甲方工作岗位之前，将已经掌握的机密信息交还给甲方。

五、解除合同5.1 在合同期限届满前，甲乙双方协商一致，可以终止合同。

5、甲方有义务对乙方派出的劳务人员进行与岗位相适应的专业培训和教育。

6、甲方有义务对乙方劳务人员的工作表现通知乙方，并协调处理相关事宜。

7、乙方有权要求甲方按劳动法和相关政策、法规，维护乙方劳务人员的合法权益。

8、乙方劳务人员如在工作中发生较重工伤事故，甲方应给予及时、积极的抢救，并及时通知乙方。

需做工伤鉴定的，应由乙方请有关部门做工伤鉴定，并由乙方处理善后事宜。

乙方劳务人员的工伤事故甲方负有直接责任的，甲方按照责任的比例负责善后事宜。

9、乙方有责任按甲方要求及时提供符合甲方要求的劳务人员，所派劳务人员应无违纪和犯罪记录，品行良好。

对于乙方派出的劳务人员，甲方一旦发现其有不良记录或在工作中违反劳动纪律、违反甲方的规章制度或不能胜任甲方工作要求的，甲方可要求乙方随时更换。

10、甲方在有临时变动或突发事件发生前，需在提前_8_至_10_小时内通知乙方。

如不能在规定的时间内通知乙方，给乙方造成的经济损失，由甲方全部负责；第五条：劳务费用及相关事宜1、甲方按乙方劳务人员在甲方的服务总小时数支付乙方劳务费用。

第一章总则第一条适用双方有关乙方聘用中国员工等事宜，适用本合同。

第二条适用法律本合同，以及与本合同有关的一切事宜，一律适用中华人民共和国法律、法规。

本合同条款与中华人民共和国法律、法规不一致时，以中华人民共和国法律、法规为准。

第三条定义3.1 附件：本合同中的“附件”指双方另行签订的所有关于本合同的补充协议或相关约定等；附件是本合同不可分割的组成部分，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

3.2 中国员工：指乙方需要聘用的，由甲方依法办理相关手续的中国公民。

本合同或附件另有约定的除外。

3.3 管理费：指乙方聘用中国员工而应支付给甲方的各总费用的总和。

一般包括：（1）乙方为中国员工承担的社会和住房公积金；（2）乙方要求甲方向中国员工提供福利保障的费用；（3）甲方收取的服务费和国家规定的税收。

本合同或附件另有约定的除外。

3.4 工资：指乙方聘用中国员工而由甲方委托乙方直接支付给中国员工的劳动报酬，具体金额以甲方与中国员工签订的劳动合同（以下简称“《劳动合同》”）中的约定为准。

3.5 报酬：指乙方聘用中国员工而由乙方直接支付给中国员工的所有报酬的总称，包括但不限于工资。

第二章权利和义务第四条甲方享有的权利4.1 甲方有权对乙方与中国员工之间因聘用关系所发生的争议进行调解。

4.2 甲方有权对乙方侵害中国员工合法权益的行为进行交涉并提出整改意见和要求。

4.3 甲方有权根据本合同和附件的约定，按月向乙方收取管理费。

第五条乙方享有的权利5.1 乙方有权享受本合同和附件约定的由甲方提供的服务。

5.2 乙方有权决定是否续聘中国员工。

2、甲方有权根据预定情况，要求乙方及时派出劳务人员，并要求乙方保证人员数量。

3、甲方要求乙方派遣的劳务人员需要具备一年以上工作的工作经验，且年轻在20-25 岁之间。

4、乙方劳务人员的各项社会保险（包括医疗保险及人身伤害保险）的缴纳及人事档案及相关事宜的办理由乙方负全部责任，乙方违反该约定而造成的一切后果均由乙方负全部责任。

5、甲方有义务对乙方派出的劳务人员进行与岗位相适应的专业培训和教育。

6、甲方有义务对乙方劳务人员的工作表现通知乙方，并协调处理相关事宜。

7、乙方有权要求甲方按劳动法和相关政策、法规，维护乙方劳务人员的合法权益。

8、乙方劳务人员如在工作中发生较重工伤事故，甲方应给予及时、积极的抢救，并及时通知乙方。

需做工伤鉴定的，应由乙方请有关部门做工伤鉴定，并由乙方处理善后事宜。

乙方劳务人员的工伤事故甲方负有直接责任的，甲方按照责任的比例负责善后事宜。

9、乙方有责任按甲方要求及时提供符合甲方要求的劳务人员，所派劳务人员应无违纪和犯罪记录，品行良好。

对于乙方派出的劳务人员，甲方一旦发现其有不良记录或在工作中违反劳动纪律、违反甲方的规章制度或不能胜任甲方工作要求的，甲方可要求乙方随时更换。
