本说明书将指导您掌握该车的基本操作方法,以及排除常见故障的能力,使车辆发挥最佳性能,减少故障,提高车辆的使用寿命。
该车在我公司出厂时已达到GB 14622-2016 《摩托车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第四阶段)》所要求的排放水平。
我公司今后可能对该车某些结构进行改进,本说明书上部份图面或内容将可能与车辆实际情况有些差别,恕不另行通知。

摩托车ABS系统设计及布置规范1. 综述本文规定了ABS液压控制单元、前后碟刹、ABS油管、齿圈、轮速传感器的布置设计规范,同时规定了上述各零部件在车辆中安装注意事项。
①车辆运行过程中HECU不允许有绕垂直轴的扭转运动,支架系统不允许发生弯曲、变形。
②支架不允许安装在如下区域:易受外界环境影响的区域(例如:溅水,飞石等区域);周围环境温度>110℃,或温度变化梯度>5 ℃/min。
③HECU与车身周围的间隙要>10mm,避免干涉。
④新车型ABS布置时,ABS阀体、轮速传感器线束与点火线圈、继电器及其电缆线的距离需满足ABS厂家的要求>10cm。
当距离不能满足的情况下,采用贴铝箔进行屏蔽;点火线圈高压线采用带阻尼电阻抗干扰高压线。
2.安装位置ABS厂家图纸对允许的安装位置和方向做出了如下特定说明:3.支架设计3.1安装位置和相关尺寸ABS固定安装支架位置及安装方式如下图所示:支架系统(包括HECU 和支架等各个方向的共振频率>30Hz且<200Hz,振幅尽可能小,支架刚度尽可能高。
支架系统必须安装有减振阻尼元件,且所有振动都应发生在减振阻尼元件上。
3.2支架设计1.支架必须使用2个(M6×1)螺钉固定,如下图所示:2.支架应避让ABS本体的突出部分。
给线束接头预留空间,同时考虑给安装工具预留移动空间,以及安装、拆卸ABS油管和ABS本体(见下图)。
3.3 安装条件螺钉规格及长度:M6×1.0,螺钉长度由所用支架的板厚决定。
支架设计和装配组件(橡胶减震座,支架,螺钉,翻边衬套等)。
推荐力矩:T=6.8±1 Nm4. ABS本体与ABS油管连接4.1 ABS油口定义ABS油管需对应接入ABS本体位置(见下图)。
FM:前轮主缸; FW:前轮轮缸;RM:后轮主缸; RW:后轮轮缸。
4.2 油口尺寸ABS本体上的油管连接螺纹孔规格:4M×10×1.0。
4.3 推荐拧紧力矩外部密封:22±2Nm。
【关键字】结构摩托车碟刹总成结构原理和常见故障问题解答液压制动装置组成工作原理:液压制动装置由制动踏板、制动主缸、制动轮缸、车轮制动器、制动滚、管路等组成。
当踏下制动踏板时,活塞推动主缸向前移动。
使缸内制动液产生压力,将油经油管压入各制动轮缸。
这时轮缸活塞向外张开,推动制动蹄片与制动鼓接触,产生制动作用。
液刹总成一:综述制动器就是刹车,是使机械中的运动件停止或减速的机械零件,俗称刹车、闸。
制动器主要由制动架、制动件和操纵装置组成。
有些制动器还装有制动件间隙的自动调整装置。
摩托车制动器是保证摩托车安全行驶的重要部件,它的作用是控制行驶中的摩托车的车速,并在紧急情况下,使摩托车在最短的时间(距离)内稳定可靠的停止行驶。
二:制动器的分类及优缺点分析(一)制动器的分类摩托车制动器一般为常开操纵机械摩揩式,可分为内胀蹄式制动器(又称鼓式制动器或鼓刹)和液压盘式制动器。
在液压盘式制动器中按制动钳的特点可分为固定钳式和浮动钳式。
按制动油缸的数量可分为单缸、多缸制动器,按制动油缸的布置结构可分为油缸单侧式制动器与油缸对置式制动器两类。
1:鼓式制动器:优点:鼓式制动器有良好的自刹作用,由于刹车来令片外张,车轮旋转连带着外长的刹车扭曲一个角度,刹车来令片外张力(刹车制动力)越大,则情形就越明显,因此,一般大型车辆使用鼓式制动器,除了成本较低外,大型车于小型车的鼓式制动器,差别可能只有大型车采用气动辅助,而小型车采用真空辅助来帮助刹车。
鼓式制动器制造技术层次较低,也是最先用于刹车系统,因此制造成本要比碟式制动器要低。
缺点:由于鼓式制动器刹车来令片密封与刹车鼓内,造成刹车来令片磨损后的碎屑无法散去,影响刹车鼓与来令片的接触面而影响刹车性能。
鼓刹最大的缺点是下雨天沾了雨水后会打滑,造成刹车失灵。
2:盘式制动器优点:由于刹车系统没有密封,因此刹车磨损的碎屑不会沉积在刹车上,碟式上的离心力可以将一切水、灰尘等污染向外抛出,以维持一定的清洁,此外由于碟式刹车的零件独立在外,要比鼓式刹车更易于维修。
