MT8000系列触摸屏编程说明书台湾Weintek触摸屏MT8000系列及MT6000系列现已逐步取代了MT500系列,在编程方法上与原MT500系列基本相同,但使用的编程软件与原来不同,现使用的是EasyBuilder 8000,版本为V1.30.与PLC通讯设置如下：1．与PLC之间用以太网通讯，选择MODBUS TCP/IP2．与Priumum之间用UniTelway协议通讯，选择TELEMECANIQUE UniTelway。
二．系统设置画面利用触摸屏对系统进行设置，画面如下在系统设置画面中输入调试员密码，即可对画面中各项参数进行设置，若PLC程序中有系统设置块里面的有无触摸屏选项设为1，则画面中各项以触摸屏中设置为准。
若为0，则以PLC程序中设置为准。
AD模块类型设为1时为RTD温度模块，设为0时为标准电信号。
三．遥测参数设置画面输入调试员密码后，可对AD模块通道进行设置。
此页面设置的参数均为浮点数。
四．RTU通信设置RTU型号设为6666表示与华自表HZM96L通信，设为8888表示与ACREL电量表通信。
在此处进行设置后，PLC程序将自动调用不同的通信程序及数据处理程序。
RTU数据字长度是指从RTU从站读取的数据长度，根据通讯协议设定。
五．设置系统运行参数运行参数的设置时间单位都为秒。
六．报警定义报警定义在事件登录中进行，具体如下图所示在弹出的事件登录窗口中点击左下角的“新增…”按钮，定义本条报警的地址等信息。
以位报警%M567 机组调速器故障为例，事件登录的输入窗口第一页如下图所示设置在事件登录窗口第二页输入报警内容，如下图所示按确定后，就定义好了一条报警。
七．遥信遥测等地址定义触摸屏上定义的地址与PLC 使用地址对应关系如下：0X--%M ，1X--%I ，3X--%IW ，4X--%MW 。
1．输入输出开关量对应地址PLC 程序中已将机组开关量输入输出存放到触摸屏显示用数组，输入从地址%M1001开始，输出从%M1321开始。
