How to Learn English Well?
English is important in the modern world. It is spoken all over the
world. But a few students don’t learn English well. So they want to drop
English. I suggest that you shouldn’t give up English, because English is
used in many countries as the first or second language. Most business
letters are written in English. It is helpful for you to work in the future. If
you don’t know English, you will fall behind others in future.
How can you learn English well? First, you should persevere. It’s
true that English is sometimes really very difficult for us. But if you have
a good method of learning, I think you will be good at it. Both English
listening and speaking are the most difficult for almost every beginner.
Sometimes, it seems impossible to learn. But I think if you do a lot of

教学目标:
1、会拼读并根据文章内容掌握单词含义discover,expression,look
up。
2、阅读文章,能读懂文章大意,找出魏芬学习英语中存在的问题,通过看英文电影对英语学习的帮助以及她对英语学习态度的转变。
3、能根据阅读内容,组内调查谈论自己在英语学习中的问题,并根据文章内容给出合理建议。
4、懂得生活中遇到问题困难很正常,学会用积极的心态面对困难与挑战,寻找适当的方式方法解决问题,享受人生。

1、理解掌握新单词
2、掌握阅读技巧快速获取有效信息,回答问题并掌握文章意思。
3、学以致用,根据能谈论自己学习英语的方法,学英语中遇到的困难以及生活中遇到的问题,相互给出合理的建议。

设计意图:通过英文歌曲和老师日常学习英语的图片,引出学生学习英语的方式,用开火车的形式进行问答,不仅能吸引学生们的注意力,调动学生的学习兴趣,还能达到复习巩固所学内容的目的。对英语学习的看法的谈论,也引发学生对英语学习的思考,为引出文章内容做好铺垫。

How to Learn English
—my understanding of the course
English has enjoyed great popularity among people from all over the world. It is widely
accepted that English, as a second language or foreign language, is an important tool in
communication. We have learnt English for ages, but we dare not say that we have mastered it
well. During the process of learning English, I have accumulated a lot of my own understanding
about how to learn English. I suggest that English should be acquired (not learnt) according to the
Creative Construction Model based on Noam Chomsky’s linguistic theory which focuses on
innateness.
A key point of Chomsky’s theory is reflected in his most famous question: If all language is a
learned behavior, how can a child produce a sentence that has never been said by others before?
According to his theory, children are born with an innate capacity of acquiring languages. He lays
