京东商城物流发展存在的问题及解决对策分析

摘要:随着电子商务的兴起,人们的消费习惯也随之改变。人们都习惯网上购物,许多电子商业纷纷抓住机会发展起来,但是电子商业在经营运转过程中也遇到许多问题,由线上购物特点和激烈的竞争环境所导致的。比如网上产品发展同质化,创新的成本高,营销模式单一,在货物运输过程中损坏率高等等问题,这一列问题都限制了电子商务业的发展。本文从京东物流基本概念出发,分析当前存在的问题,提出优化物流整体水平的建议。京东商城为了能在激烈的竞争环境中利于不败地位,着力打造属于自己的物流体系,形成自建物流和第三方物流相融合的运营模式,为了增加顾客的满意度,提高员工服务水平,以此扩大京东商城影响力。

Absrtact: with the rise of e-commerce, people's consumption habits also

change. People are used to online shopping, many electronic commerce have

seized the opportunity to develop, but in the process of operation of

electronic commerce also encountered a lot of problems, due to the
