一、概述:

Ⅱ.Brief introduction

空气斜槽是我国工业均化装置输送物的设备之一,它适应于输送各种干燥的粉状物料如水泥工业中的水泥、生料;由于空气斜槽在输送物料中没有转动的零件,它与同功用的胶带输送机、螺旋输送机相比具有磨损小、易维修、耗电少、用材省、无噪音、密封好、安全可靠;同时易于改变输送方向和多点喂、卸料的优点;因此近几年来被许多企业所采用;

Air slide is an equipment of homongnizing device and conveying equipment which

is widely used in all kinds of dry and powder material such as cement and raw material

in cement industry. Comparing with the similar function of screw conveyor and belt

conveyor, it is characterized by small abrasion, easy maintenance, low consumption,

saving material, no noise, good sealing, safe and dependable because of no driving

parts when conveying material. It is easy to change direction and multi-point

feeding and discharge etc. Therefore it is welcomed by many enterprises.

本设备空气斜槽宽为B100—B800八种规格,输送物料水泥从10—800米/小时范围内变化,适用于各种大、中、小型企业输送干燥粉状物料之用;

The width of air slide has eight types which are B100 to B800. The range is

from ten to eight hundred m/h. It is widely used to convey dry and powder material

in big, middle and small scale enterprise.

二、工作原理:

Ⅱ. Working principle 输送物料时由空气斜槽高端通过斜槽入料口喂入上壳体;压缩空气由专设的鼓风机吹入下壳体,并通过透气层均匀地分布在物料颗粒之间,使物料进行所谓的气体以改变物料的磨擦角使其形成流动状态,沿斜度下滑,通过出料溜子排出,达到输送的目的;

When conveying material, feed upper shell from the high side of air slide

through the inlet. The compressed air is blown to bottom shell by special blower,

distributing lump material by ventilating layer evenly, making material become into

the named gas and change abrasive angle of material and become liquid condition,

sliding along the slope, discharging from outlet funnel and realize to convey

material.

三、结构形状及尺寸:

空气斜面槽由上、下壳体组成,并沿其输送方向布置成一定的斜面度;斜面槽的上下壳体之间夹有透气层,同时为满足不同输送线路的要求,如转向、改向、清渣、截流等,也设计了相应形状的斜面槽附件;

The inclined surface of air slide is composed of upper and bottom shell,

becoming some slope to the conveying direction such as the rotation, diverting,

cleaning slag and cut-off etc. And design suitable shape and inclined tank

attachment.

1、斜槽总长度L包括斜槽附件在内的中心线长度,由工艺决定;

1. Total length of air slide includes the center line length of attachment

and is decided by the technology. 2、每节斜槽长度L标槽为2或3米,非标槽为550—2500毫米;

2. The node length of every air slide is 2m or 3m. The non-standard tank is

550—2500mm;

3、安装斜度由工艺选定,可在6%—14%内变化;

四、技术性能:

1、输送物料

1. Conveying material

干燥粉状物料,允许表面水分在%左右,否则将引起淤滞,甚至堵塞;

The allowable moisture of dry and powder material is about %. Otherwise it

will stop and block.

2. Conveying volume

斜槽输送量受很多因素影响,往往变化较大;我们根据理论计算,国内外参考资料,现场调查,综合分析,推荐6%及10%斜度时输送水泥及生料的情况供参考;

There are many elements to effect on the conveying volume of air slide.

Consulting domestic and abroad documents, site investigating, comprehensive analysis, it is suggested to convey cement or raw material of the slope of 6% and

10% for reference.

值得注意的是斜槽与其它输送机械不同,输送量过低往往不能顺利输送物料;相反增加料层高度可提高物料气化均匀性;

Comparing to other conveying machine, air slide don’t convey material smoothly.

On the contrary, it can improve gas homongnizity of material.

3、斜度

3.Slope

斜槽斜度可在6%—14%范围内变化,一般来说,被输送的物料表面水分大,应选取较大的斜度;在安装空间允许的情况下,采用较大的斜度是有利的;

The ranged slope of air slide is from 6%—14%. Usually, the moisture content

of conveyed material is higher, selecting the bigger slope. When installing room

is enough, it is available to use the bigger slope.

4、风量

Ⅵ.Volume

风量受物料状态、斜槽斜度、透气层情况等因素影响,可在—3立方米/分钟,平方米透气层之间变动,一般情况下可按2立方米/分钟,透气层考虑;

The volume is effect on material condition, slope of air slide and ventilated

layer. It can varied from to 3m3/min, square meters ventilated layer. Usually consider the ventilated layer according to 2m3/min.

5、风压

5. Wind pressure

斜槽风压一般在400—600毫米水柱之间,大规格长度斜槽宜取偏大值;

Wind pressure of air slide is usually from 400 to 600mm water column. It is

applied the bigger value of big specification and length of air slide.

五、安装说明:

Ⅴ. Installation description

1、按照斜槽总图的尺寸将槽架放在基础上垫好,再将斜槽下壳体服贴地安放在槽架上,处理好法兰密封,拧紧连接螺栓,找正槽体中心线,将槽架与下壳体的侧隙塞牢,进行基础二次灌浆;参照有关图纸要求,将进风口、排风管、入料非标段焊在有关斜槽的壳体上焊接前应避免槽体变形、烧坏透气层;拉紧透气层,根据螺栓的大小用烧红的铁枝在透气层上烫孔,安装上壳体及有关零部件,鼓风机的安装亦同时进行;

1. Put tank frame on the foundation and fill up according to the size of general

drawing for air slide. Then arrange bottom shell on the tank frame, handling sealing

of flange, screwing down the connected bolt, checking the center line of tank body,

strengthening side gap between tank frame and bottom shell, and grouting at the

second time. According to the request of drawing, weld inlet, outlet pipe and

non-standard part of inlet with the relative shell of air slide. Before installation,

avoid of deforming tank body and burning ventilated layer. Punch in the ventilated
