一、教学内容分析
It’s taken from Students’ Book 2.This lesson is about reading and writing. The
topic of this module is Life history. I design kinds of activities about reading
and writing which refer to Life history.The grammar of this module is about the
past forms of verbs. This unit leads students to learn the whole module. Of course,
it plays an important role in the whole book.
二、教学目标
Knowledge aim is to have a good command of the words, expressions and sentence
structures. Such as, wrote, became, built, joined, enjoyed and so on.
Ability aim is to enable students get useful information about Shakespeare while
reading and write about their own life history.
Emotion aim is to make students respect the writer and show love to the works.
三、学习者特征分析
As we all know, students of Grade 7 are active and willing to show off their
personalities. Their vocabularies are not very rich. According to my observation
and experience, I design kinds of activities to provide them enough chances to
improve them. Such as, pair work, group work, discussion and so on.
四、教学策略选择与设计
Take students as the main body, task as the main line. I choose ‘bottom-up’
approach with multi-media. To carry out my teaching ideas effectually, proper
methods are necessary. Such as warming up, reading and writing.
五、教学重点及难点
Important points: vocabularies, expressions and structures, and writing about life
history.
Difficult points: writing about life history.

time, carefully read for
the second time and watch
again to teach students
the reading skills.

1st, Rewrite the passage about
Shakespeare.
2nd, Look at the sentences to
begin.
3rd, Read the model.
4th, Write and check with each
other.
5th, Collect some and read, let the
others guess whose are they.
Make students know
clearly how to write his or
her life history and use
the words and expressions
correctly. Of course, the
last activity to guess
whose life history makes
students excited.
