1.2项目概况

本工程由两栋高层(-2F/31F)、部分地下车库(-2F)和商业(-2F/2F)组成,结构类型为框架剪力墙结构,本工程地基基础设计等级为甲级,设计使用年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为6度,本建筑设计耐火等级为一级。 土方开挖工程检验批质量验收记录表

第三章 施工准备

施工测量准备工作是保证施工测量全过程顺利进行的重要环节,包括图纸的审核,测量定位依据点的交接与校核,测量仪器的检定与校核,测量方案的编制与数据准备,施工场地测量等工作。

1.施测前踏勘现场,熟悉图纸,特别是基础平面图、总平面图及定位测量的相关资料,核对各建筑物的各部位尺寸,建筑物的定位坐标及设计高程,建筑物周边环境等,根据现场条件及工程内部结构特征确定轴线控制网形式。

2.检查各建筑的平面位置、标高是否有矛盾,及时发现问题,

及时向业主、监理反馈,及时解决。

3.对所有进场的仪器设备及人员进行初步调配,并对所有进场的测量仪器重新进行送检检定,检定合格并有相关的检验合格证书后方可投入使用。

第四章 人员及仪器配置

4.1人员组织

第五章 场区平面控制网的测设

5.1场区平面控制网布设原则及要求

1、平面控制应先从整体考虑,遵循“先整体、后局部,高精度控制低精度”的原则。

2、轴线控制网的布设要根据设计总平面图、基础施工平面图、首层平面图及现场条件等合理布设。

3、控制点应选在通视条件良好、安全、易保护的地方。

4、轴线控制桩是工程施工过程中测量放线的依据,必须进行保护。保护方法:

首先以控制桩为中心砌长宽均为0.5 米、高0.3 米的砖墩,砖墩为周围砌砖,中间填充砂浆,砖墩外侧用砂浆抹平,必要时搭设钢管土方开挖工程检验批质量验收记录表

5.2施工平面控制网的布设

首级控制依据业主提供的控制点及坐标,再根据控制点坐标建立施工平面控制网,作为二级控制。施测前复核业主提供的控制点及坐标。

依据业主提供的坐标及高程控制点,拟在我司施工场地范围周边布设场内施工控制点1、2、3点,组成施工控制网,布设点位见下图(布设时可根据地形情况作适当增加)。施工控制网点坐标测设后报现场监理工程师复测合格后方可使用。
