数码管驱动及键盘控制芯片CH455中文手册版本:1E1、概述CH455是数码管显示驱动和键盘扫描控制芯片。
CH455内置时钟振荡电路,可以动态驱动4位数码管或者32只LED;同时还可以进行28键的键盘扫描;CH455通过SCL和SDA组成的2线串行接口与单片机等交换数据。
2、特点●内置显示电流驱动级,段电流不小于25mA,字电流不小于160mA。
●动态显示扫描控制,支持8×4或者7×4,直接驱动4位数码管或者32只发光管LED。
●内部限流,通过占空比设定提供8级亮度控制。
●内置28键键盘控制器,基于7×4矩阵键盘扫描。
●内置按键状态输入的下拉电阻,内置去抖动电路。
●提供低电平有效的键盘中断,提供按键释放标志位,可供查询按键按下与释放。
●高速2线串行接口,时钟速度从0到4MHz,兼容两线I2C总线,节约引脚。
●内置上电复位,支持2.7V~5V电源电压。
●支持低功耗睡眠,节约电能,可以被按键唤醒或者被命令操作唤醒。
●内置时钟振荡电路,不需要外部提供时钟或者外接振荡元器件,更抗干扰。

These levels can be altered by using the control voltage(CONT)terminal.When the trigger input falls below trigger level,the flip-flop is set and the output goes high.If the trigger input is above the trigger level and the threshold input is above the threshold level,the flip-flop is reset,and the output is low.The reset(RESET)input can override all other inputs and can be used to initiate a new timing cycle.When RESET goes low,the flip-flop is reset and the output goes low.When the output is low,a low-impedance path is provided between the discharge(DISCH)terminal and ground(GND).Please be 1 安全提示1.1 所有使用区域 — 所有型号的传感器根据使用地点的不同,压力、温度、 腐蚀性介质或爆炸性气体均可能造成危险。
因此,传感器的安装、操作和维护必须由经过系统运营商授权和培训的人员进行。
1.2 易爆区域 — 所有型号的传感器必须遵守安装所在地适用的关于在易爆区域安装电气设备的规定和标准。
用于参考:IEC 60079-14、欧盟指令 2014/34/EU 和 1999/92/EC (ATEX)、NFPA 70 (NEC)、ANSI/ISA-RP12.06.01。
必须遵守传感器的电气参数和热学参数。
1.3 易爆区域 — 带 Memosens 插接头的传感器Memosens 防爆传感器标有橙红色环。
连接有 CA/MS-***X** 型或 CA/MS-***X**-L 型测量电缆的传感器,或连接有硬件和功能方面完全相同且经认证测量电缆的传感器,可按 BVS 15 ATEX E141 X 和 IECEx BVS 15.0114X 证书所述,连接适当的测量设备。
1.4 易爆区域 — 带 VP 插接头的传感器只允许在不接地的本质安全电路上, 用经批准的设备操作传感器。
2 用途该传感器用于对液体介质中的 pH 值和氧化还原电位(AMSN 型)进行连续测量。
SE555 传感器的维护量极低,带有加压电解液和用于自动温度补偿的内置温度探头。
它可以通过高压灭菌进行消毒, 并兼容 CIP 和 SIP。
