Section 1: General Rules
1.1 The competition is open to individuals or teams who have
qualified through national competitions.
1.2 Participants must遵守all rules and regulations set forth by the
World Skills Competition.
1.3 The competition will consist of various skill-based challenges, and
participants will be judged based on their performance, creativity, and
technical skills.

Section 2: Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be aged 18 to 22 years old as of the competition
date.
2.2 Individuals or teams must have won their respective national
competitions to qualify for the World Skills Competition. 2.3 Each country can enter a maximum of five teams or individuals in
each skill category.

2.1 参赛者必须截至比赛日期满18岁至22岁。

Section 3: Registration and Inspection
3.1 Participants must register online before the deadline and pay the
registration fee.
3.2 All tools, materials, and equipment required for the competition
will be provided by the Organizers.
3.3 Participants will have an opportunity to inspect the competition
area and materials one day before the competition begins.

Section 4: Competition Format
4.1 The competition will be divided into two stages: the preliminary
round and the final round.
4.2 Participants will be judged based on their technical skills,
creativity, and overall performance during the competition. 4.3 The results of the preliminary round will determine the top
competitors who will advance to the final round.

Section 5: Judging and Scoring
5.1 A panel of judges, consisting of industry experts and
professionals, will evaluate each participant"s performance.
5.2 The scoring will be based on a combination of technical skills,
quality of work, time management, and safety practices.
5.3 The results will be announced at the end of the competition, and
the winner will be awarded a certificate and prize.

Section 6: Conduct and Behavior
6.1 Participants must demonstrate professional conduct and behave
appropriately throughout the competition.
6.2 Any form of cheating, unfair competition, or unsportsmanlike
behavior will result in disqualification. 6.3 Participants must respect their competitors, judges, and
Organizers at all times.
