1、面向所有学生,夯实基础知识。
本届学生基础较为薄弱,经过一年多的高中学习后,学生逐渐向两极发展。
部分学生出现了厌学心理或者有放弃的倾向。
针对这种情况,和学生时常地做沟通、多鼓励表扬、帮其树立信心就显得格外地重要。
而具体做法就是在平时的教学工作中落实基础知识,时不时地为学生补缺补漏,经常地、反复地回顾所学知识,温故而知新。
从简入手,学生能够接受,学习起来自然更有信心也更有兴趣了。
2、关注考试,落实培优工作。
本学期因会考的关系,学生的精力在不同程度上都有所分散。
为了培养学习氛围及竞争意识,我在本学期开展了培优工作。
学生参与的热情较高,也带动了班级学习英语的气氛。
我的培优工作主要是针对语法,这也是原于学生的语法基础相对薄弱。
我们借用的教材是《英语语法实践指南》一书。
先是系统地回顾一些语法知识,然后通过大量的练习(尤其是高考真题)帮助学生加深理解。
足够的练习量可以帮助学生掌握知识点,培养做题的感觉及技巧,对应试还是有较大帮助的。
我们今后面临的高考压力很大,因此我们有必要提前做好准备。
对于基础较好的学生,培优的效果是显著的。
3、抓细节,培养良好的学习习惯。
学生有时难免缺少自觉性,因而作为老师,我们有必要时常督促学生,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。
在课堂上,我都会尽量地留一些时间让学生做一些练习。
这些练习有些是口头上的,有些是书面作业。
而学生做题时,我会将做题技巧贯彻其中,引导学生进行思考。
在课堂外,我充分利用早读课的时间,要求学生记忆单词、朗读课文或者做听力。
一学期下来,听、说、读、写各方面都能得到锻炼。
这学期应当是辛苦的一学期,我们在会考的压力下督促学生学习、进取。
然而也这因为如此,这学期我个人收获了许多。
随着教学经验的逐步累积,我在教学上能够更好地结合学生的实际,关注到学生的实际认知水平及接受程度。
在课堂上也能够根据学生不同的反映对教学做出调整及改进。
当然,我也意识到自身仍有一些不足之出。
例如,对于个别厌学情绪严重的学生,我仍无法很好地对其进行引导或督促。
在后进生的指导方面我做得还不够,这在下学期的工作中要特别注意。

第一阶段,主要是培养学生对英语的学习兴趣,布置任务给小组去,讲故事或者演电影,小品,上课时的前10分钟在全班同学面前表演,这些学生真有表演天赋,有时令全班同学捧腹大笑,一个小组一次轮流着来,经过大约2个月的训练,同学们喜欢上了英语。
英语是语言。
困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。
为此,在早读时,口语操练时,我充分利用有效时间,发现问题及时纠正。
对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。
第二阶段,狠抓词汇,交会学生通过语音,构词法,词性,谐音等方式让学生背单词变轻松,每天背诵至少30个单词,循环复习,配合阅读文章加强理解巩固。
现在我的学生不再害怕背单词了。
第三阶段,由于下学期升入高三9月份就要考英语听力,多数学生的听力能力薄弱,听不懂,要求每天晚上7:30-7:50集中进行听力训练,同时教给学生一些基本的听力技巧。
比如带着问题去听,抓重点,注意not,however,thanks等转折词后才是说话者真正要表达的意思,在听的过程中适当的对数字等信息做简单的笔记。
第四阶段,精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。
在课堂上,我少讲精讲,让每位同学做好笔记,掌握知识重点难点,然后给予他们更多的时间练习加以巩固,课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练习,这样通过精讲,多练,让学生在听的过程中掌握知识,在练的过程中巩固知识。
同时,我又让每位同学准备一个错题本,在我
每次评讲习题的过程中,把他们易错的习题和知识点重点记在错题本上,以便于平时有重点地去记忆和理解。
事实证明,这一方法切实可行,行之有效。
第五阶段,从20xx年起xx省的会考要记入高考总分,为了使每一个学生得到这2分,我利用15天左右的时间重点训练会考题,使学生对会考加以重视,并在考试中取得好成绩。
听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法,只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。
所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。
听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课,同时也听其他老师的课。
本学期,我听了十多节课,我的收获很大,逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。
听完课之后,把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上,然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改,将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去,取得了较好的效果。

认真写好教案,对每一节课都做到“有备而来”,课后及时对授课做出反思,总结其中不足。
并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案,分发给学生,以便学生课后记忆,做到有‘章’可循。
多鼓励,少批评。
为了使学生更爱开口,在练习中,要重视运用鼓励性语言,不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
授课之后,做到精讲精练。
针对单词,搜集一些针对性的单词题,课前利用时间做一个单词测试,直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。
鉴于学生的基础薄弱,或是没有理解语境,无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词,不是拼写有误,就是该词的词形不对。
所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。
在每单元结束时,会针对该单元教学重点难点,精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。

认真批改作业。
布置作业时,坚持做到有针对性,有层次性,形式多样化。

对于难度较大的题目,学生出现错误较多的作业,课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题,指导学生及时纠正。
每周进行两次听写测试,对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。
认真及时地批改听写。
并针对学生的听写情况,认真透彻地进行讲评,根据其情况不断改进教法。
从而做到因材施教,教学相长。
经过一个学期的努力,期末考就是一种考验。
